We all should be questioning why the EGM has been set for the end of June !

If our board have done a questionable deal with RAM then why not have it earlier in order to get the deal over the line. You only need to give a min of 14 days notice for an EGM so the fact we are set for months in the future… WHY !

Time for others to make an approach and our board to negotiate and set up a bidding scenario or for RAM to do their own deal and flip upon completion or ANO reason!

All my questions got answered, so kudos to them for that. I hope that any approach will be made public even though, as Marty and Andrew stated it needs to reflect full value for shareholders. We could and should entertain an opening offer from which we could then move into a bidding scenario.
