Once RAM et al (aka ZIOC) flaunt our wares on this stage today, there will be no turning back for them, full T/O will be needed asap and with a floor of 15p will be voted through to allow this otherwise the window will be left open for others. Deal done afaic, very poor deal given the context of the asset, but deal nonetheless that will see most PI's take something from this, if not profit then experience of AIM and the sharks that swim with PI's.

RAM et al will want to wrap this up asap and take the ZIOP in full. Today's reveal was to showcase ZIOP to potential buyers ONCE RAM have control of the asset and as such I think by 30 June 15p is nailed-on.

We should get big orders IF the 15p comes to be as many would see this as an opportuity. RAM will want this all wrapped up asap so you can be the deadlines will be met.

On the plus-side, most if not all PI's will escape with their shirts still on their back and may even be able to have another one tailor-made buts that's it !! This is an AIM stock so to get out with a profit, never mind how small is a win afaic.

Will this 'arrangement' allow a counter offer to enter the fray, who knows but I think not, well not until RAM has truly taken PI's from behind.

R408, AFAIC we need to break and hold circa 10.6p (for min 3 days) in order to be able to say 'things are on the move'. Of course an RNS could provide a welcome or not ( depending on which side of the fence you are sat ) super boost to our SP.

Our SP has seen may false dawns with many a promising situation coming to nothing with traders and Mr Market killing any rise, time will only tell if our belief is finally justified . ATB
