Let's not forget that HMG will also provide a DESNZ grant (none repayable) of £46.5m during June, which will further enhance our cash position as now anticipate our year-end cash balance from be between £210m and £215m to £256.5m - $261.5m, so valuing ITM, amongst our other ongoing contracts & our multi-billion NATO earnings potential at currently £630m .

Yes, good close all in all considering the pounding today. Investors have not suddenly abandoned ITM and the potential to make life changing gains has not just evaporated overnight, yes we climbed too fast given the super news, however now the market has digested the impact of HMG investment and strategic link-up with NATO we will see new investors join us on our journey. 120-130p is now a realistic entry point for those yet to come aboard and those like myself to add further.

We need to be a £1.5bn company before year end, otherwise as our order book continues to expand, production ramps up and subsequent cash flow will be too much for a suitor to ignore. ITM's defence strategy is already in a healthy state with HMG's circa 10% ownership but ITM should not be complacent.

PS Todays surprise news re OPEC will feed through to instability and extreme volatility of FF prices as supply / demand will be harder to balance and therefore reliable energy source outside of FF is a must for all economies around the world.

Shorter's managed to recover control of our SP last time we hit 90's, not too sure they will be able to manage it again given all the positives surrounding ITM atm.

As far as GB Energy in ITM is concerned, the investment is officially designated as GBE's largest direct investment to date and the first major move under its "Energy Engineered in the UK" £1bn programme launched only 4 months ago, 11 December 2025.

Now cross reference that date to our, imo, managed decline from 93p on 8th October to 11/12/25 at which point coincidently our SP in effect, flatlined, therefore a rise to high 80's / low 90's in the medium term is not our of the question as shorts closing will be driving the SP northwards. Our Dennis & team would have been negotiating terms for many months however I do feel as though we had a leak outside of ITM that Mr Market go wind of, the brakes are now off, enjoy the ride.

As mentioned earlier, are we the next RR in the eyes of investors given HMG ( GBE) interest !
