But our Corp Tax is already set at 30% and is Ring Fenced too, also I see it is actually revenue not profits that is the qualifying criteria !

So hopefully SQZ will not be impacted by the Labour Tax Machine that is Rachel from Accounts.

As for the DESNZ cash, it's in effect a revolving free credit line THAT also pays for the vast majority of our current expansion plans.

Question, can you take part in share placing / capital raising as a director of the company if in takeover talks ?

Given the company was in desperate need of cash, was ZIOC's cash position a 'cover' for the placing (insider trading), which we have already ascertained raised well in excess of known cash runway and requirements.

I know under 'normal' circumstances Directors can not buy shares as this would be treated as insider trading, but in the case of ZIOC nothing is normal !

The very fact these shorts are ALL exiting at the same time and at quite a rapid rate since early April tells me that ITM are in a strong position and liable to keep building the business, the 150/160's appears is where they are at to exit atm.

Once the Gov Grant gets approved next week the FID will signal full steam ahead for ITM, I'm expecting some great PR coverage too.

Yes, it's got to a point where shorts will be looking to take something off the table, the more the better, hopefully that will allow us some breathing space !
