Next RNS could well be the subsidy control advice unit giving the green light to our DESNZ £46.5m grant as early as 20th of this month, which of course would bolster our estimated FY26 cash guidance improved from between £210m and £215m to circa £256.5m and £261.5m, thus allowing FID shortly afterwards once all formal requirement are met.

It was said in the Investor Meet presentation for Project Horizon that the DESNZ £46.5m grant decision by the subsidy control committee is purely advisory only and does NOT have the power to prohibit making a grant. For me the fact that GB Energy (HMG) have already taken circa 10% position in ITM I would suggest the decision was just a formality and subsequently the FID too.

The macro economic situation is getting more challenging day by day, could this be the reason for our highwaymen 'RAM et al' extending the "Finalised transaction agreements are now targeted for completion during July 2026..." as there are difficulties in raising the cash required. Why would anyone loan out millions to an unknown entity with no track record that are clearly in it for themselves.

For me this latest RNS shows all is not going to plan for the RAM raid atm.

Question, has the EGM now also been extended as the latest RNS like all other RNS's appear as clear a mud !

First of all, massive well done to ALL that have contributed to ITM's success story so far, however this is just the beginning of the path to one would hope not only to capturing lion's-share of EU market but worldwide too.

ITM's next challenge given current and improving order book is how to produce and deliver the product, FOPs (four factors of production). It's useless having orders if you are not able to convert them. I'm sure our team are up to the task as NATO would not have entered in to a strategic collaboration without pathway's be clear and defined, this was one reason behind HMG (GB Energy) cash injection in establishment of a new large-scale automated manufacturing line in the UK with an annual capacity of 1 GW. Speed is now of the essence as everything is now in place.

JPMorgan just moved above 5% holding too in Ceres, as I said, not long to wait to see others take meaningful TR-1 notification holding RNS in our beloved ITM.
