Ithaca announced this morning special dividend for 2024 of $200 million, or around ~9% yield. That's outside of their normal full and interims making total circa ~28% PA, even better than SQZ. So question is, will SQZ also issue an inaugural special dividend too !

Currently the UK are using ~30 gas powered stations that today are providing ~60% of the UK's electricity needs.

Starmer and ed'less Ed want to de-couple the gas element from the price consumers are charged for their electricity, god knows how this will be achieved to 'lower prices' without shutting down ALL gas power stations !!

Afaik we are yet to know an exact date as I guess any op's announcement would really need to be combined with Triton restarting, so I guess it comes down to how fast Dana can complete repairs.
