We are heading for the 3rd, possibly 2nd largest trading day since our early Jan RNS which caused us to spike circa 11.7p over the course of that week, so I do think today's trading is very relevant imo, each to their own I guess. atb

Volume (given the limited free float) has always been the key here afaic and we are building volume nicely once more atm.

Interesting game being played, now 8.55 v 8.71, tightening once more.

Just need volume of any kind on and above recent numbers to kick us off.

Got to say, given we operate in Africa, ZIOC is as tight as a ducks rear end, well done to all those involved, means we, PI's can still add more if we so wish.

Next week we should see interest vastly improve and hopefully some significant volume too as we will be into March and the home straight.

If Mr Market didn't think a deal would happen then this will be pumped to high heaven, for me the fall is a sign that a deal is likely and big players want in as low as possible, hence the SP being dragged down with precise control.

Guess it depends upon BP's interests elsewhere coming to fruition , that said GoM (or should I say GoA) probably holds interest for not only Slim but others too, maybe even BP.

So, if we do have a late entry which gave rise to delay Jan meeting, then you could reasonably expect the player/s already in the offering would want to come back with a counter offer too. Either way we would have another layer of interest to consider at the very least.

Agree, we have for some time now been under a concerted approach by the big players imo to undermine our SP, to which any fall in WTI is an excuse to drop us further although when WTI climbs we fail to follow.
