GS et al are working hard to pull HBR back into the downtrend from June 24 and keep her there. GS and their merry crew probably played this stock both ways over the last 2 weeks, nice easy >+20% so far for them.

No real surprises in the RNS, mostly known knowns, generally a good update afaic, however this is HBR and it ALWAYS does the opposite of what PI's think it should.

For our SP to move from 8p to IPO on announcements i would suggest our SP needs to be suspended. Given the scenario’s in play, I would have thought ZIOC would have applied to FCA to allow for this.

Volume is still low given the gravity of 11th, can only think big buyers are still waiting and just PI’s creating a market atm until that RNS hits. What is clear after that ‘insider’ quote last year, our ship is seriously watertight.

Exactly, guess Sam Woods watched Trump's speech yesterday and signing of executive orders. Whatever you may think of Trump, he's business focused and this will show through in greater economic growth, Drill Baby Drill.

ZIOC do not need to inform the market IF our BOD believes an approach MATERIALLY undervalues the company.

In effect GLEN only need to pay for circa 57% NET of ZIOC., 43% discount.

with the weak £ anyone buying in $ is quids-in, hence why the ftse has gone on a ****** the last few days, with hbr being one if its beneficiaries. new ath for ftse too, amazing to think so given how undervalued many uk stocks are atm. just shows how poorly they have been performing for a considerable period of time, maybe the yanks et al are starting to look at the uk differently now given the amount of bombed-out stocks we have !!

Glen with circa 43% voting rights in ZIOC would vote in favour of a Rio t/o, job done .

Just a little matter of if full t/o or partial with ZIOC holding fully carried position to production. Could this be the need for 11th, putting it to a SH vote where Glen withholds theirs .

Little steps, initial move and consolidate circa 40-60p would allow investors to gauge the situation following news before we move higher over time. Unless we get complete t/o I’m happy to see 40-60 after waiting for what seems like an eternity.
