The agreement is, so long as BP agree to the sale then it can happen. With only six months left, less than 5, once a deal is concluded even if happens today, I can not see why it wouldn't happen. I guess the PSA will exist unchanged or in some form or another, either paid off or otherwise with the new owners too until 31/12/2021, so it matters little to BP imo.

Well we all know SQZ is now in the sweet-spot for a t/o .... An all cash offer would need to be at least >220p imo, where as an equity/cash .... could start at ~180p + Equity. If there is any one company and CEO who I would want an equity share in atm that has to be KIST with the wide-boy AA at the helm. Also, AA has plenty of personal cash to splash from sale of RRE to take part in a further funding equity raise to maintain his majority ownership of KIST (an important aspect for him). Capital markets are a playground for the likes of AA so putting a package together utilising SQZ CoH would not be too difficult and short term debt that could be swapped to our “considerable unutilised debt capacity”, RBL following completion.

SQZ, as all holders know, if nothing else SQZ is and has been undervalued for way too long now .... could be nothing more than a simple re-rate occurring .... lol

With SQZ 2022 revenue, any t/o would in effect be self-funding ....

AA btw, would imo look to flip the newly expanded KIST for a significant profit... could even go to Viaro !

Interesting strength of both SQZ and KIST recently too Maverick .... just saying.

Slowly, very slowly all going to plan (lol), almost 3 years on, waiting for our SP to reflect BKR, better late than never.

With news expected in the next week or so it's looking like we may ...... may, eventually (fingers crossed) get to and hold above 140p making a new all time high.

That maybe so, however Mitch can not say after almost 3 years, since Oct 2018 when the BKR deal got officially concluded, the wait for the market to react is at all timely, it's ridiculous.... yet we still wait. Having opened the following day of BKR completion at 129.68p today we opened 129.6p ..... !!!!

Say no more ...... other than I'm therefore expecting a MASSIVE re-rate .... If only (lol)

Recently Drahi's acquired, from nowhere, >12% holding in BT, or in terms of capital >£2,000,000,000, without the market even noticing. What chance do PI's have to judge a stocks strength, when players can build massive stakes without moving the SP significantly using algo 'A' trades, that can allow them to manipulate prices up or down, while they trade in the dark and under the radar. Now that logic can easily be applied to SQZ either way, big holder exiting or accumulating, or both if you know what I mean !

Can I add both Vodafone and BP are very active in the market and have been for some time in respects of executing Transaction in Own Shares via 'A' trades, which no doubt contribute significantly to their BoT count, where as we ... well don't !

To restate, these daily trades have being going on for month, after month, after month .... so many I have almost lost count.

I think Mitch gave a very fanciful excuse for our 'A' trades, either he has been hoodwinked by whoever gave him the 'plausible reason' or a case of turning the other cheek maybe, something Upomega questioned recently too !
