Just my lazy Wednesday afternoon thoughts, in that should we have an approach, then whilst the SP is so low making a cash & equity offer can be made to appear as a 'better' deal. An instant uplift on SP cash, plus share/s in another company that holders may also benefit from in terms of returns. Plenty of wriggle room for various smoke'n'mirror options whilst SP is so low. ..... AA has been rather quite atm ..... just saying !!!

NB Probably been out too long in the sun cutting the lawn this morning !!! Beer doesn't help either to keep my mind on the straight and narrow, or the lawnmower either !

Now just passed $74/barrel .... 12 months ago it was $39, off its 2020 low of ~$20/barrel.

Could be a mega-merger that would suit both parties and governments too imo.

Eigg, late 2022, atm, is of no value in terms of SP appreciation as an expo well, more likely have a negative impact if results go against expectations imo.

The issue is, come six months time there will be nothing in the pipeline for investors to invest against or get excited about, atm, we have R3 and Columbus coming online and a 66.6% increase in attributable revenue from BKR .... after that zilch, nada, diddly-squat !!! So it will not be too difficult to see holders, even sticky ones, selling and putting even more downward pressure on our SP.

We are, imo at the ultimate sweet-spot for doing a deal that gives both parties something. It's clear that our SP will continue to be constricted for the foreseeable ..... come Jan 2022 that's when the investment case for SQZ begins to falter. Yes, we will probably still have no debt, yes, we will be banking >£200m profit pa, yes, we will have shedloads of cash .... but will our SP ever reflect this .... to-date it has failed miserably to do so.

Three long years of no capital growth from the conclusion of the BKR deal... enough is enough !

Forget football coming home, I want SQZ too !!

Yep, down over 4% (+5pts), our average SP back in 2018 for many months following completion of the BKR deal was higher than today's SP ..... ACW et al, get your act together ... As Maverick mentioned, god knows how the Hardy's et al are seeing this performance ..... Board could well face some difficult questions come AGM .... No one is immune from being voted out btw.

In almost 3 years since BKR completion, the total sum of reward for holding was last years divi of a 3p/s .. !!!!

Either get the deal done or tell them to go away and inform the market the offer was too derisory.... that, if nothing else, at least would give our SP a boost.

Best defense is attack. We need full media saturation, shouting from the rooftops of how undervalued SQZ are now and will be unbelievably so come Jan 2022.... get our message out and our SP at least into the 170's.

Usual premium is ~40% to VWMA, which unfortunately ( an no surprise tbh) is 118p atm .... so that would make a nonsensical offer of ~165p

Come on ACW et al, defend our company, even though I fear you may be too late !
