ACW et al ( if AA is to be believed) "failed to engage meaningfully.... ", that's what is getting me wound up, for either our approach or that of Kistos.

As for their "integrity..." well, lets just leave it as that.

There had better be a mega deal on the table, otherwise changes at board level will occur given we have 46% of share capital held by institutions with >1%. Don't think they will be too happy given how they represented shareholders either.

So even though SQZ made an approach for KIST, our Board still failed to engage .....

Market is not going to like this, they already apply a discount for our Boards failure to do deals and holding too much cash on the books ..... that will not change given we have added around £50m since this all kicked-off !!

Yep, tables are turning ..... KIST now +ve and SQZ -ve .... volume pushing on too.

Clever move forcing Mr Market to drop KIST SP so should AA want to now announce a deal on closing SP, the offer will be materially reduced and hence not as attractive based on 0.4 KIST shares.
