Maybe AA should of ‘sounded’ out many of the LTH of significant positions here too.

Well, Hardys… how can we interpret their 75k buy. Well, for me it’s no DRIP but conscious decision to add . Ok it’s only a small % of their divided, even so shows more to me. The Hardys do not have access to market sensitive information. They also , imo, have not agreed or made any personal decision to side with AA. Their previous holding was more than sufficient to allow AA t/o to succeed. However it means should they vote against ( if it comes to that), then AA will now need to find an additional 225k (~£1m) votes to side with him to nullify the Hardys, every little helps .

So good news afaic in assisting ACW to block AA

If so, maybe selling yourself short. No reason for this to be last or final bid . PE will see value here as does AA.

That’s why we are in the situation we find ourselves in atm… unable to get any deal away for 5 years… now sat with ~50% of MCap in cash, with zero debt… Open season for Sqz atm

AA will be now deploying all tactics including dirty ones, even paid posters to convince PI this is a great deal… SQZ holders need to stay strong and see off this ridiculous approach… wrong on so many levels, let alone offering less cash than first approach 2 weeks ago.

As I said earlier… new posters really don’t have a clue…. Give mgt time , really !!!!
For me it’s not the cash build per se but lack of deal making over the past 5 years is why we are where we are… even without the recent boom on commod prices , once Sqz went 100% BKR we instantly became a target regardless, cash build is massive bonus for an acquirer for improved BE & ROI metrics.

No way, chances are WFT will occur at some point for TTF producers .... KISTOS sp will fall circa 20% as did SQZ on Rishi's 'U' turn. That would destroy the paper side of the offer.

If AA's first offer was sunk on first attempt, then this second is now resting at the bottom of the Mariana Trench.

AA will come back with third offer 0.4 Kistos with ~276p cash, possibly within a week. imo

AA is a skilled deal-maker so he would have known exactly how this offer would of been taken ..... all part of his game-plan. Market not impressed either atm.

Looks like AA will need to up his offer and go hostile if he really wants SQZ.

I hold both SQZ and KIST btw, so have an interest in getting a FAIR deal for both, not to be scammed.

Come deal completion, AA will have his hands on our ~£590m, literally all our cash will be used to do the deal to pay us in one massive bribe, all SQZ holders will get is 0.4 of a piece of Kistos paper, whatever that will be worth is anyone's guess.

There is absolutely no reason to lower the cash offer, none at all, majority of it is our cash ffs.

Next offer will be for original cash 246p plus 0.4 Kistos share .... give it a week or two, that will convince the big players to swing his way.
