Think you may want to consider takeover or merger with SQZ since they too have acquired substantial tax losses with recent T/O of Tailwind. Although given SQZ major shareholder (Mercuria), guess full T/O would be Linda's preferred route. Enquest, as you suggest could be one to consider first, however with the rhetoric from Labour on cutting / restricting how tax losses can be utilised maybe stay well clear of NS for next 5 years, then pick over what bones remain.

The Bill passed was sold as, "Energy Profits Levy would be introduced for oil and gas companies, reflecting their

Think the use of "extraordinary profits" needs to be the basis of the legal challenge imo.

As I mentioned, watch for RNS's in getting these 'tranches' away in double quick time, that will be a green light for me. If I'm not mistaken, it took ~6 months to get the first tranche of 7m shares away when this 'arrangement' was last instigated back in June 2020, then another 4 months for the 2nd tranche of 7m.

So if current tranche's are being taken right now, that's a really positive sign imo.

Well the EY will be available for anyone who approaches DARK for sure .... given the amount of detailed investigative work done, that would add reassurance plus negotiating value for DARK too.

EY report will allow funds to move into DARK that, until now have been concerned about DARK's financial controls. As you would say, that allegation has been firmly put to bed now. Guess their focus will return to ML now as they don't have much left to hang their shorts on, other than a washing line.... Lovely sunny day today to dry those shorts nice and crisp, don't forget to bring them in though, don't want them to get burnt .... or do we !!

Suggest you read all the recent history RNS's from past 12 months, that will give you an idea how undervalue and under-rated DARK is atm. Also the 'games' that market players have gone to, including media to trash the UK's leading AI company.
