Del, not trying to pi55 on your strawberries mate, but I tried calling SPA when we were suspended for two days pending an announcement. They took my details but told me that they are only obliged to speak to the special investors so I may not get called back. Low and behold no one did call me back. I emailed EUA and they could not fathom out why I was not contacted by them, but declined to comment themselves on my question.

Hopefully I spelled the company name correctly. I’ve just had a read of what they have to say about the “Farm In” it makes for very interesting reading. It also gives their timeframe for all of this. Worth a read.

MM, 60 days makes for a nice Christmas present if everything falls into place. It would certainly be a good start to 2023.

Nice to see some positive news, god knows we’ve waited enough years for some. Let’s just keep our fingers crossed that this is the start of something brilliant.

I’d have thought that if it were someone taking a position we’d see more that £1k being spent on trades. Maybe the pump and dump gang are going to pay us another visit?

Mooching, I bought three top ups with the aim of selling them once the sp moved up if we won the court case. We did win and whilst I was very tempted by the offer I was made I thought I’d leave the £15 where it was :-) one day Rodney lol

That’s really good got every penny back plus interests and costs. Let’s hope that our bod have earmarked that money for something constructive.

Has anyone heard anything about the court case at all, I tried looking at the high court listings but couldn’t find any trace of the case at all. I would have thought that something would have been on there.

We’ll get back to a normal board, if you consider those times as normal, but alas it won’t be until we get significant news from the bod via an RNS. Life was a lot more positive then and it was enjoyable.

Making the judgement clearly wasn’t that straight forward imo otherwise we would have got some news about it today at some point. There were points that needed clarity and the judge is obviously having to earn his crust of bread to be able to get this sorted. I’d have thought that Rolf would have at least given us a revised timeline RNS or at least updated the website for investors to read.

Reg, you may just be right. Odd that it has taken until today. I hope it’s not going to be bad news Friday late afternoon. We need a good positive outcome that will push the sp up again. I’ve managed to get my average sp down to 0.5p with top ups so feel quite happy with my holding and look forward to seeing the RNS land.

They’re certainly taking their time getting a decision out aren’t they. Come on Rolf stick a rocket up someone’s backside and get the RNS published.
