I haven’t got a clue why the sp has taken a huge drop today, but 10% isn’t peanuts money is it. Is it that the market aren’t overly impressed by the RNS today?

Nothing from Lloyds and I’ve checked my account and nothing paid in either. I’ll check again on Monday.

It’s a shame that we’ve all been legally scammed. I’ve held here for all these years only to find that as usual the bod get their remuneration for their so called hard work and PIs as usual get shafted. Take note of the board members names and don’t invest in anything any of them are involved in. Sorry to see us all so massively out of pocket.

It would be nice to get something out of this after so many years.

Further consolidation isn’t going to matter to me anymore. I’m so far dow on this share the Hubble telescope would have trouble seeing my shares. The best I can get out of this now is selling the lot against another share that’s in profit. At least I’ll get tax relief from some of that which put into this effing share.

Mobile operator VodafoneThree (Vodafone and Three UK) has revealed that 8,000 mast sites have now been upgraded to implement their new Multi-Operator Core Network (MOCN). This is one of the first big benefits of the recent merger (here and here) – allowing customers to roam across both networks at no extra cost (whichever one provides the best signal).

Alans55, the thing with companies like this is they’re set up in all good faith, then the bod see that it’s a gravy train and milk PIs for everything they can get. It’s a bit like MPs with their snouts in the trough, once they get a taste for it they want more. And, what do the FCA do, if truth be known there’s brown envelopes in peoples back pockets, cos they never sort the AIM cash machine out.

The only thing that this share is going to do for me is save me from capital gains tax on another share when I sell them for profit. I think I’m something like 99.5% down. I’ll happily ditch them now.

Simple answer - not today we’re not

After yonks in the dulldrams Vodafone do seem at long last to be turning things around. I’ve just come back from holiday in Spain and was a little bit outside the main tourist area but wherever we went we had 5G signal. Here, in this companies home country you’re lucky to get two or three bars of 4G. The merger with 3 will hopefully address some of the issues with mast sharing, common links etc. But they’ve got to address the shi* show that is Germany, then I think that some of the professors on here will see their £1 per share, but not until. Only my view but as good as anyone else’s

I see that someone has closed a short position, when that happened I don’t know but that’s good news for investors in general.

I see blackrock have now opened a short on Vod. It’s a shame that no matter what the bod try to do to get the company back towards the one pound mark there are still those that believe there’s plenty of potential downside 🤬🤬

Been here many years. some of my shares (about 50%) i bought at 160p, what are my chance of them being back in profit anytime soon? 😂😂. the rest around 68-77p after the Vodafone rah rah rah brigade had ramped it up that it would be 80-100p after the merger with 3. how gullible am I 😂😂

We can only hope that the authorities investigate the bod and bar them from future directorships. At least Lawrence managed to get out ages ago with his reputation intact, I bet he’s pleased about that.

Whatever we get it’ll be better than the bank rate 😂. I don’t even know when the xd date is, but assume it a little bit away yet.

I sold a few today but at a lower price than I’d hoped as I expected the sp to go back up to around the 75p mark. A very small profit on my money but profit is profit so I’ll take it. Half my shares are from the 160p days so a very long way to go for them. The rest if this hits 100p I’ll sell them and take the profit then Vod will have seen the last of my money until I can sell the rest, then Vod can kiss my wrinkly old ass goodbye 😂

Not even a whisper of an update to even say work is going well and you should start to see improvements in the service we provide starting on this date. And everyone wonders why bt share price is where it is and we hit lows 🤬🤬

Don’t worry Narcus, the rah rah rah brigade will be out soon telling us the the sp will be 85p to £1 within a couple of weeks and we’ll all feel much better and reassured ;-)

Well whatever is happening, whether that be sentiment, board/committee changes, investors had enough of mediocre leadership or IIs had enough the sp is dropping back down where to? Get a crystal ball. Vod should be a safe haven for investors hard earned money as it used to be. I wouldn’t be surprised if we were swallowed up by 3.
