Morning all, a lovely weekend with plenty of sunshine and now back to the trading week for us Eurasians. No news so far but it’s early yet.
Back up the ladder for me to finish taking the tops out of me huge 16-18 foot high laylandi/conifer hedge. At least it’s not too hot so I should make good progress. I hope you all have a cracking day.

Wolfey, good morning mate, I know exactly where you’re coming from with putting I’m not very good myself. Keep plodding away and most importantly relax and enjoy the challenge. Are you doing much today? Family, meal out, a game of swish feckit ? Enjoy yourself whatever you’re doing.

Good morning and happy Father’s Day to everyone. A beautiful sunny day and plenty to be positive about even those who only visit this board to tell us that we’re all doomed. My son is coming to visit me which will be brilliant as I haven’t seen him since early in the year so I’m really looking forward to it. After that it’s off to the golf course and then back home from a lovely Sunday roast. I hope you all enjoy today whether it’s seeing your dad or being a dad yourself and having a good time with your children.
Tomorrow the trading week starts again and we know that news will drop very soon about the AGM and also that there’s plenty more to come too. Whether we get that very soon or shortly is up to people that are in the know and that is not anyone on this board it’s highly paid bankers, lawyers our board and many others who are charged with that responsibility. Personally I’m quite happy to let them do their job and wait until they decide to give us news, as frustrating as it is that there isn’t anything up till now.
Enjoy your day and get out and enjoy what’s left of the weekend, Pete
myquest, I’ve got the XF Portfolio, unfortunately just with a 2 litre engine, I’d love the 3 litre for the power. I need to give it a bit of tlc but in this weather it would look worse than when I started so will leave it dusty with more dead moths, gnats etc and filthy looking windows. I hate driving it if it’s all streaks it would look as if you don’t care about your car.
If this comes in shortly as promised I’ll get the Velar as I fancy a change but want the room for golf clubs, suitcases and taking stuff to the tip :-)
Enjoy the sunshine and the weekend, Pete
Les, greetings old chap, I hope you are well. How’s Angie getting on, is she having to use the wheelchair much? I hope she is ok and keeping her chin up.
Me and the good lady are ok but……
Thankfully I’ve got a ladder with the safety bars (stabilisers) on the bottom so pretty good. Would I trust her to hold it steady……..
Work is calling, see ya later.
ATB and have a brilliant weekend, Pete
Wolfey, I’ve just had a sign from this site. Clearly LSE have insider knowledge, they’re now putting adverts on here for me to look at of the Bentley Bentayga S It means I’d have to trade in my Jag but if needs must……. :-)

Hi ya Wolfey, good luck with the golf, I hope the golf goes well, certainly better than the way I played yesterday. Relax and enjoy the game especially in this heat.
I’m not posting much these days as there’s not a lot to report, but I do read the board every now and then. I’m working in the garden at the moment, I’ve got a 20 foot high hedge (laylandi ? Or something like that) that I’m up a ladder cutting and levelling out the top. On the hottest day of the year too, so I’ll just take my time and try not to fall. The biggest problem is getting rid of the cuttings. That’ll be in a builders bag in my pride and joy Jaguar with ivory leather seats then ( groan and crying emoji)
Have a good day and I hope you have a good round today.

I’ve been here 4 years, never sold one share except to do a bed and isa, and I have no immediate plans to sell any. I’ve got 4 years worth of isa accounts max’d out and I’ve got 40,000 ish in my trading account. The fat lady will sing at the end of the show, until then I’ll be going to the golf course and trying to improve my game if I can stop duffing shots long enough :-)
Sorry but I don’t like getting into the arguments on this board there’s no point in arguing with persistent people who won’t yield a point even when they are shown to be wrong.
See ya tomorrow, Pete
Morning everyone I hope you all had a very pleasant weekend. I’ve played loads of golf and I’ve got a Tee off time for 9 this morning so I’ll miss plenty of any activity on here. Is today going to be the day that the bod change our lives? Let’s hope so.
See you later, Pete
A very sunny good morning to everyone I hope those that have managed to wrench themselves away from the excitement of this board have had a good weekend so far. Today ought to be a cooler day but still plenty for me to do, which includes cutting the grass, a round of golf and go and see my BILs widow for a few hours tonight.
Will we get any kind of news tomorrow? Only time will tell on that, but the neg heads would have you believe it will only be another piece of news that kicks the can down the road a little further, then the board will put us into administration, all sell their shares and the world will come to an end. Utter tosh in my opinion, if you read the RNSs and the material that first made you invest in this company the only thing that has changed is we’ve got bigger, have more good stuff in the ground and have got more esteemed people working for us. What’s not to like?
Enjoy your day everyone, see you all tomorrow morning bright and early.

I hope everyone had a good evening and got some quality time in away from this board with family or friends. Babysitting is order of the day so my appearances will definitely be very few and far between. It’ll be hard work but we’ll worth it and I’m looking forward to spending some quality time with them and trying to keep up with the little buggers :-)
If not before have an excellent weekend and I’ll see you all bright and early Monday.

Dietch66, I’ve been involved in absolutely no deals ever. I’ve been on the receiving end of plenty of delays. My original point was auditors/bean counters dragging their heels and apparently causing the delays in our accounts being published. That’s it short and simple, I don’t intend to get into an argument with you as that was never my intention, so if I’ve caused you to take umbrage to something I’ve said or implied then I’ll happily apologise to you.

Pompal, just log onto your local golf course, look under fees etc and normally see it there. If not give them a call. It’s worth it just for the group lessons let alone unlimited access for a month.
Good luck, Pete
P.S. in my current thinking, you are correct :-)
