Just got back on line having had a power cut. Even the power company knew I didn’t want to read some of the sh*te that some people post and saved me the problem of whether to come on here or not. It’s the weekend and I’ve actually got a beer in my hand which is very unusual these days. No news this week but there’s always next, I don’t know what all the grief is amongst some. We’ve not had any news from the bod let alone bad news so why worry too much about something that you can’t control. I’m frustrated and as I said earlier someone needs a kick up the jacksie to get them to realise that everyone is waiting for their work to be completed. But that’s as far as my moan will go, chins up everyone, the bod are our biggest holders they’re not going to watch their own money go down the drain are they?

theofficecat, I’ve never professed to know very much about how long things take in business as all I’ve done in my life is military and allied to military and that accounts for 51 years of my working life. I of course appreciate that something as important as a DFS takes a lot of work in order to complete it to the desired standard. However, had I said to any of my bosses that a report that I was compiling was in the final stages of completion and told him it should be ready in 14 months time, I know exactly what kind of answer I would get from him/her. I’m not trying to pick a fight at all, but with my limited view on business it appears that as soon as you get pen pushers in control of anything you can generally add 6 months to any project and cost over runs. BAU is fine it’s what we all want and I fully trust the bod to carry on doing the right thing for the company and it’s shareholders. Just give someone a nudge and remind them that we’ve had shortly, in due course, final stages etc and that you’d like to move the company forward by the end of the month, not the end of the year.

Right I’ve got charcoal to buy and all the associated stuff that goes with a family bbq. Have a good weekend and I’ll see ya later.

For something that was in its final stages of completion in September 21 and then still working on it in June 22 it sounds like some effing pen pusher needs a good kick up the jacksie. Del, it will indeed be interesting to see what the bod have to say about it at the AGM.

There’s still plenty of the day left for news so let’s hope we get something otherwise it’s going to be another weekend of moaning on here.

Another bit of a disappointing day to come home to. Never mind there’s alway tomorrow for some positivity from the bod. Maybe someone could suggest at the AGM that they appoint ROWKA as a PR consultant and get something moving that the big money boys just can’t resist. Who knows, the bod could all have grey personalities and don’t have a clue how to whip up a frenzy to get people interested. Another 12 hours and we’ll find out if there’s pre market news. My fingers and toes are crossed.

Little Red, got 4 years of ISA filled up at an average of 7p ish and trading account average of 6.6p ish, am I over exposed? It’s a relative term but then any reasonable upward movement will see me in profit, it’s those that bought in at a much higher price that I feel for. However, I firmly believe that this company will deliver the goods and make them smile in the end.

Morning Sax, I hope you are well. With no news being released there’s not a lot to discuss or research these days. The obvious topic is the current sp and that’s very emotive and invites anger from just about everyone. Loads of theories as to why we’re this low but no evidence. Hopefully news will come quicker than shortly and we’ll all be able to reap our rewards.

Cooler day today so I might just to the golf course and have 9 holes which will save me from sitting around and reading some of the comments on here. This morning I’ve definitely got to finish washing the patio and tomorrow I plan on giving the shed an annual paint job, so I’ll literally be able to say I’m watching paint dry :-)

Good morning everyone I hope you all had an excellent weekend. Mine started off really well as we went to see Bryan Adams just a few miles from where I live. Music was fantastic and everyone had a good time. Saturday we went playing golf, and the further I walked the more my left foot was hurting. By yesterday I could hardly walk and my foot was completely swollen and hurting. It was worse than man flu and as you all know that’s terrible:-) I’ve been putting voltarol on it to try and bring down any inflammation inside so hoped it would help. This morning I got out of bed, swelling had gone down loads and along with it a lot of the pain. I think I must have been bitten by something as there’s now a red mark on the side of my foot but I’ll continue to rest it for today anyway.

Is this the week that the bod make us all rich? I really hope so.

Morning Les, Ian and all. It’s been a good couple of days on here with very nice blue finishes. Long May it continue.

It’s the weekend and mine starts off brilliantly with babysitting two of the grandkids one of which as you know is disabled. Then it’s off to see Bryan Adams tonight and that I know is going to be fantastic. Then the rest of the weekend will be golf, plenty of warm sunshine and a think a bbq in the evening to round the days off just nicely.
