DP: it does the same as having any opposition party having a shadow cabinet and banging their drums about it. It doesn't bring elections any closer but it help 'em dump punters not forget about their existence! :)

yeah, VIX normal is ~40% up today....whereas this one is less than that up today, so it's a "bit" odd....

It's not bed-wetting it's about managing expectations. If they don't know, either because it's not in their power or whatever else then they could say "we expect this (JORC process or whatever else insert relevant stuff here) to complete in Q4/21 or Q1/22 but actual timings are not in our power to manage." - problem sorted. Shortly is one of those that if you look at it differently then the universe came to exist some 10bn+ years ago so shortly after the dinosaurs went extinct on this planet, humans appeared.

It is very much not true that the BOD can't do anything to make the price slippage stop. Better comms could do magic. I refuse to fathom that absolutely everything is covered by NDAs. Will be rather curious to see the % of votes at the AGM.
