RE: Prediction for end of day9 May 2022 18:18
I don't play poker. Gambling on AIM is pretty much as "good" as it gets for me. Losses I can accept and it's part of the game. I had a fair bit in SNG and that didn't work out. The jury is still out as to why that's been as it's been but at least there was a constant flow of information [for a while anyway], even if it turned out bad. I do mind however the big effing silence here regardless of what is (not) going on.
I think there is a limit (not necessarily a legal one but a moral/general one) for how long a company can keep quiet about being sold while also not publishing any information on production or just about anything concrete before it should be subjected to some scrutiny. One of the common comments here is that there are NDAs and they prevent the bod from publishing information. I think that even if there are NDAs (which, assuming the whole thing isn't a sham, there would be) they either can't be that restrictive or if the bod have actually agreed to this then they are incompetent.
Part of maximising shareholder value would be - for starters providing SHs with some sort of timeline so they can also plan on their investments, etc. 2-ish years of nothing is now very much edging into any reasonable investment timeline and the SP has been low even before the conflict has started. From what I've seen there isn't any fighting going on where the EUA activity is so Ukraine is - to an extent - an excuse. It shouldn't be an encouragement for the bod to keep silent.
As for UBS and the rest i'd hope they're not complicit but the lack of information is not normal.
