I would also take an offer at around that on drill results. Its not fanciful in valuation nor insulting. Depending on the time to production revenue on Paradox though, that might be a short window of opportunity.

As an add-on, I would also happily follow CH into his next venture (assuming he would move on) and wont be too upset to hang around in ZPHR should it continue to chart its own course. This next few months will be critical for ZPHR - as critical as those months 2 or 3 years ago were back then!

If there is one thing Putin's tenure has taught us, its that you can not rely on anything he says to be true or represent his intent.

The major concern with Russia imv at this stage is they dont have a substitute for the war economy. Therefore its likely they will rearm and restock in any lull in hostilities as it keeps the economy turning - then what? Russia works on a different timescale to West - a pause is not a stop in relation to Putin's attempts to recreate the Eastern bloc.

I wonder if its going to be Chrome Plated Profits?

Glad to see there is consideration in movement of share price for the Copper in todays rise, but I dont think there is an appreciation for the Chrome either.

I think a solid result with most crucially a clear and succinct forecast on Copper for the next phaser could see this reach the heady heights of 4 if not 5p.

Most moaners are here because there is fantastic potential but want to see progress (or change in management). Its entirely within the gift of JLP to remove this "kick me" label that they pinned on themselves. Until they do, or results do it for them there is going to be negative noise. Hopefully the tide is turning and positives are going to drive share price upwards, irrespective of noise.

So far so good. We are slowly eliminating the risks inherent in the venture as we get closer to production. Acid treatment, new flow test, infrastructure route to production (if all good) are the next steps.

I am slightly bouyed by the fact we have an independent investor for this well - they would not have sunk $7.5m without assurances of how this oil / gas gets to market after drilling. As such there must be a reasonable plan drawn up for this element that was accepted by the investor. Sure there may be nuances depending on the size of this wellor its ratio of oil to gas but I am reassured that there will be immediate progress towards Paradox flow and associated revenues.

I think the SP does not reflect our potential and as such with a strong test result I feel this is due to bag into 7-10p range with, depending on time to production, maybe even double digit share price in the next month or so.

I've taken advantage of the recent rises to sell all but 1 tranche of my original position. Personally, I just cant see the stars aligning to allow a high value sale.

Firstly PGM prices and supply in a very different position from pre-war - who is buying more when prices this low. Second I just dont see Russia being welcomed back to the fold to the extent of new entrants risking buying into Russia at this time and then further, Russia allowing the cash to leave.

I hope I'm wrong and my timing may certainly be wrong but 6p feels a good price for me to exit and move on to other less risky opportunities. I think I will sleep a little easier tonight for this decision.

Good luck to all still holding (that includes me) but I am posting as a temper to froth - others may want to hear a view that all is not rosy, without bickering or macro world politic views.

Thanks for comments - I have added to my position here today as I do feel the price is too low. I get the fundraise risk but the increase in production announced last month I think should allow us to squak through. Also in the past Routh has used other finance rather than dilution - I would hope that unless there is a large need for placing, he would once again use other terms to avoid dilution unless there is a larger need identified.

Cash inflow momentum is a wonderful thing and in 12 months I can see that inflow allowing Routh good options to continue Prospex expansion from minnow to small fish.

Right back to my silent vigil for a while.

This appears to be way too cheap - positive cash inflows and just delivered a growth in that with more to come most likely without the need to add funding.

So what negative am I missing? I originally bought here September 2023 - price paid 6.3p - and I can now with all this progress pick up shares still for under 7p - seems absolutely bizarre.

If I were an investment manager I would suggest Vela as my Peer for comparison when assessing my performance- that is the only positive statement I am able to make in relation to this embarrassment of a company.

At 10p we are slightly less than £20m market cap - a long long way below any sort of successful settlement return you could envisage. If you buy in here at 10p you are still in very very early imv.

My average is in the 7p range but my first investment was as we dropped - at 17p. History will I believe show even that outlier to be extremely positive.

About time we reached the next stage of excitement. My journey started with an abandoned BB (nod of respect to John Lewis and his early morning dawn patrols), picked up slightly with new additions and this has gently grown till now - very enjoyable. I think we are about to hit a new frothy level here - possibly bad for BB content, but almost definitely likely to also lead to a corresponding boost in OG paper profits.

There may be support for this farm in conspiracy but the element you would need to explain to me is why the BoD who have a decent size position themselves would support this activity.

Surely CH would be saying "Farm in Joe, you had better farmin now before the organic progress raises the price. Whats in it for the BoD to conspire other than a loss of their own wealth, reputation and the prospect of lengthy jail terms. For me that would have to be an impossibly big prize, given the BoD are onto a winner even without the farmin noise.

My opinion, naive as it may sound - There may be market manipulation but I simply dont think it is with any abetting from ZPHR.

Clear path ahead with next core news likely to be SoC size as process of arbitration gets underway (non-core could be any non-Bhukia news). This weeks SP action has been extraordinary in my experience - shrugging off a discounted placing. Hopefully we now drift upwards till SoC - if we could get above 10 and get comfortable in double digits prior to the S0C it would be a good platform for news I think.

I would hope for the latter option here. The share was in the 2p range when I first bought over 5 years ago so this infortunately isnt unknown territory. I am already for change at the top of JLP but with the copper facility

Now in place with feed, after more than 3x the cost, 2x the feed agreements and 3x the time expected; if JLP can’t make money now, then surely the rest of you will join me to vote for change - The Jubilee Way - doesn’t quite have the lustre that was originally intended does it.

Now more than ever is the time however to wait and see - I would like forecasts for production and revenue please!

I agree the route is up - but outside of the Russia/Ukraine situation, in the passing 3 years, PGM metals have significantly dropped. So SP will go to about half of pre war situation and i would expect a further dimunition of the likely sale prices. I think anything over 20p in the next year will see me shifting my holdings - thats at a loss but trying to maintain a steady perspective. My reason for posting - what other than PGM's do we have that would give value - Gold? Copper? Nickel? I recall there were other minerals but the past focus was PGM's.

I get, and the Share price action confirms that the share price was being held back by the overhang of a future raise that has been removed by this placing - thats great news and I will bank it like any good investor.

I've been a private investor for over twenty five years and as a business person in large and small businesses the easy thing is to see value and opportunity, but the hard newer thing is not being in charge - effectively having to hitch hike a lift rather than owning the vehicle and having a modicum of control. I say that as I believe the timing of the issue (backed by the tone of the VSA interview where he feeds lines to Mark) is about the big boys getting another slice prior to SoC. The fact they offerred a discount galls me on one hand as that is greed on greed (as demonstrated by the oversubscription and the subsequent SP bounce yesterday). But I am the hitch hiker not the driver and I have to be cognicent that its not my sphere to do this - would I try and do this if I was the big investor - oh my goodness yes! Shrug off the powerplay fleecing and we are still in a position where I can gain value.

Therefore my take is I am still here. The opportunity case is just as strong, the II investor base is growing and a future bump in the road is removed.

Looking for the silver lining.

Short term - hopefully the oversubscription has whetted the appetite of some of those who didnt get the shoe in the door they were looking for and they may add in the open market - there is a strong argument that we are under priced if you believe (or have had a heads up that the SOC will be £1bn plus.

Longer term - we are funded, can simply wait on other opportunities we hold.

Mid term - The GoI will interpret this as a true firming of the resolve of PAT who can now posture we are ready to drive this to a conclusion - fully funded. With SOC issuance, you would only expect the pressure to settle to rise on GoI.

Hopefully we will have an interview giving an explanation for the timing / size of this raise. I feel uneasy as this runs against the way Mark has operated to date - he has been in line with holders interests from the start - hence my expectation that he will feel the need to explain this.

Glad there are no warrants but the discount appears very rich given PAT, with the issuance of the SOC, would likely be trading at a higher SP.

In hindsight you were correct to go. I remain as I can see that there is progress in production capability and it should be leading to the copper at last now - if I could rewind 3 years - well I would be back sniffing around now rather than reflecting on a turbulent few years.

As ever. LTH are building our BB froth in an absence of guidance from the company. If you step back a moment, this lack of guidance is absolutely pathetic. Is there skill and expertise in the company - my goodness YES! - loads of it. Is there a professional layer of control expected in a company a tenth of this size, let alone the size of JLP - absolutely not.

I get the need to process and find out the new grade material but the lack of forecast detail is not new. The overall market is underfunded at the moment and as such its a buyers market - professional buyers expect to deal with professionals and as such pursue other opportunities where the information flow is as expected. Meantime there is fantastic value here if you do some research and are comfortable sitting in a waiting room with the blinds deliberately closed. Iam and I expect a good return for it in the near term and mid term.

It’s probably worth pointing out that NATO has been doing incredibly successful. After watching the Afghanistan debacle and Brexit Putin spearheaded a challenge to NATO and the USD. Both have to date failed. Don’t confuse internal family posturing with the end of the most powerful alliance ever to exist - fantasist Russian views may differ.
