What we have already permitted is enough to justify a much higher share price - so even discounting the permits (which I would not expect to be anywhere near 100% discount) gives a cashflow inflow that should be driving a higher SP in my view.

Government grants have been very welcome but are not just for our benefit - if we go pop they want the data for future development - entirely fair enough. I dont see anything fanciful in that projection Blissful - we could have a very good next few weeks.

Very pleased to see the moves upwards - fast or slow is fine by me - at present I feel the share price is under where it should be and we are gaining our fair value pre-results - after that - sensible head says 10+ plus - but really, depending on flow, revised resource and timeline / plan to gain production - it could go a lot higher.

Taking it one day at a time though and today - I'm enjoying this a great deal.

Apologies for stating the obvious but I dont think Leon would delay this for fun - despite his disregard for comms there must be a reason for this going to the wire.

Purely speculating but some possible scenarios:

1. IRH - assuming the RNS line that the deal is done pending Due Dilligence (breathtaking in its nonsensical nature - as in what if DD is not as assumed in deal?) then a focus this hard could be to agree an alternate to IRH - either with another partner or given the lower costs published last time via a placing to fund it ourselves. Or it could simply be DD wasnt as expected (often the case) and IRH are playing hardball given Leon has committed himself.

2. They are simply waiting for other good news - monthly run rate copper, leaching timeline and capital costs, Sable plans to firm up which may take more time to allow its description as a past tense observation rather than a future forecast.

3. Something leftfield and new - Chile, Congo, new opportunity.

We have had all three in the past and personally not that it holds any sway I would prefer 2 then 1 then 3. Too little past completer finishing for my liking. Finish the deal, finish the expansion before uttering a word on a new plan - no matter how brilliant it may be.

Agree there isn't much to do here but think of your capital allocation - especially since the funding was made less relevant in the near term. I haven't said it for a while as it got a little more exciting with the share price rise from the fives and sixes, but I used to say this is a lean back in the seat share - it felt much much slower then, but the principle remains the same. There is no return for leaning in - the next lean in moment will most likely be when the claim is released which again, we all know.

Hard to pull any milestones out of that message other than it does reinforce ZPHR intends to continue its very good communications as it carries out the work - in the past they have been very quick to tell us what is occurring and I very much appreciate that. I also appreciate the holding RNS - sets expectation.

So on the basis they tell us as we progress I assume we don't have the fibre optic cable in place yet and as such we are not piercing the lateral or starting acidisation yet?

And there in a nutshell you concisely highlight the misnomer that LTH's hope will revive the share price. Because JLP are producing copper, we will report copper production in the results and with a fair wind we will give future guidance on that copper production expanding, both organically (so with less risk of failure) at existing facilities as the kinks and mishaps move to the past, but also as leaching (still not that risky), deals and other projects in development hopefully become more of a reality.

I have some in the ground resources to sell you on that basis - the rights to produce coal under the North sea - we've even got the old pits in place - the coal is worth millions!. My point is there needs to be demand globally to EXPAND output of the resources in the ground at EUA? If not they wont sell as you cant pin a return to the cost of buying.

Pre war we were in a PGM super cycle and there was value - that no longer exists. So I am genuinely asking, what other elements exist - Copper? Nickel? What makes up the value in the buyers business case?

I see it another way - I see the share price drifting up to news - with the existing income here, the price is discounting the prospect of future Paradox revenues a great deal - given the well is drilled and in past has flowed strongly, I am happy to take that bet - if the well flows well at testing the CPR re-rate and commercial proceeds from 1 well should be pushing the share price to double digits. I am not a clever or sophisticated investor by any means and as such if I can see that risk to reward profile, others in the market will also see it and take positions in the next month I think.

I agree Wazz, its frustrating as we have been here before and the management provided a solution. Here we are again, and yet they arent deploying the same - odd and as such slightly worrisome.

Does anyone know the arbitration process protocol on timing for the response by GoI to our claim when it is submitted? We know we have a period of time till 16th May to submit. Is it like a Chess clock and from submission the GoI has a fixed period of time to respond, or, do they already have a fixed period of time from 16th May meaning that any early submission gives them more time to review and respond? If its the former it could be submitted any day, if the latter it would more than likely be the 16th May.

I bow to your timings list ICMAX but once you improve a process to hasten it, you dont then normally revert back and of more relevance, I want the results out the way so any subsequent news isnt interrupted by them . Results are back dated and interrupt, sentiment is forward facing and flows best without them in my view.

Yes, I have given opinion and I am concerned as to BoD control and comms here but I have been very open about that - I dont rate Leon in a larger organisation, but I do the company . Nothing sly there and nothing I havent said many times before. Not being rude and demonstrative isnt sly.

Equally my knickers arent in a twist as I know the deep value built in this company and the footprint of operational potential it has been creating.

Finally, in order to air my view to all and sundry - Kalan, your valuations do appear bizarrely low to my own view and blinkered in that you only seem to focus on 1 metal at a time , but thank you for sharing - that allows me to consider alternate views.

I agree 100% - we are in a very good place. I hope you arent seeing my posts as spikey - I just feel the upper ranges are worthy of discussion I feel as well as the mid and lower ranges - the start number of value is so large that even with standalone discounts and conservative methodology, the number as almost unfeasably large.

I like your posts and despite this thread I am similar to you quite conservative in my approach and expectations. I just felt we havent really explored the upper options in any great sense and referring back to my start point the scale of the potential claim may have an impact on how GoI responds outside the arbitration process.

We do not have a real grasp on the approach to SoC taken and as such the Gold price to be used or indeed any metrics of the potentail value. I fully ackowledge the variability of the price but that could be upwards as well as downwards. We can only rely on what it has been. In that void of information, I feel it is improtant to remind the board of the overall size of the Gold resource - beyond that its all reductions for risk, costs, recoverability etc. $4bn is less than 20% of the gold in ground value as we stand now.
