The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
Hi Stas
I dont see twitter as part of the research process at all. Rather I see it as regular noise that I can asess to see if it corresponds to my researched view of what is happenning. ie are we still within the parameters, are you working at this. In effect it reduces the shadowy areas where formal communications dont reach that are often used by people with an agenda in fleshing out FUD items (or bullish if agenda is ramping).
If I had an employee, i wouldn't formally review their progress each day week, but nice to hear noise that it is progressing and get circumstantial view of where in a project things have proceeded to.
Hoping I will have got rid of myself by the next AGM - lol.
I think in terms of operational updates I understand Arts reticence even if i dont like it.
If he gave that update with the issues currently being resolved he has to answer each element. Better to drive through the install and deliver news after the event - simpler, cleaner and probably better received.
If its material miss I want to know, if its teething issues and supply constraint led workarounds - i dont care if it will work.
Its just a shame we have got to this stage where we are so depserate for the news. I agree with below thread - twitter feed can very effectively serve a purpose.

I couldn't agree more Finwit . Dilution, the core fear(for me) has lessenned, the assets stay the same and the operational progress if confirmed will push us on into a new phase for this company.
The enjoyment of the rise of recent had me looking at the share too often and living each move. I've zoomed out again as of yesterday and I like what i see more than at any time in my 2 year ownership odyssey.
Not waiting for operational update - it will come when it comes.

Mugs...
Girls...
Hahaha...
Mocking tone...
People often wonder where people who become societies bad guys eg Nazi type nasty atrocity stuff come from - where did that hurtful tendency come from?....I sometimes get a glimpse though as to these nasty characters in our midst but they are too afraid to really break cover with their dislike for the human race.....
Many ways to disrupt a bb - key to success for a disruptor is to gain a response, get your orrelevant heading to the top.
5p or more today!
Good not great start today - I am thinking we will bump into 5p later today - its whether the momentum can maintain to finish above that.
Very impressed at demand - to be still rising hard after the last few days shows the strong change in sentiment here and bodes well.

To clarify - I realise your point is very positive - ie news to come or we would have one.
K3 - What about if prior to the rise the share dropped from 16p to 1.5p with no communication or reason given by the company in regard to that?
I am not clear on rules for speeding tickets but given the NAV v mcap is still very much a dicounted situation why would we have one?
I am not sure the exact criteria a NOMAD uses to recommend and interested to learn here from your question
I am hoping that COPL feed the rerate with a bullish update on upgrades today. I think we would be alright without this but good news on future production should cement the floor of where we have risen and allow us to continue to rise imo.
I would love to see the share price rise into the 8+p area this week - thats still an Mcap of very modest proportions at that level.

Rarely watch a trading day close - but that was very enjoyable lovely to see. Thank you to those of you with L2 for such regular updates - very much appreciated.
I had started the day thinking anything with a 4 would be great so 4.3x is a great end point.
I know im still deep underwater but I feel like we have started an ascent - you cant get from 2p to 25p without going through 3,4,5,6p etc so extremely happy.
4.45p at close?
Aquis exchange - a lot of ISA's already trade on this exchange so check if yours does - for me i can buy on this wxchange just like any aim share. No stamp duty just like aim. The 2 guys investing in crypto have been in it from the start - they arent johnny come latelys. They also have a BB on LSE under KR1. They were at last bull run so respected (for their advice in bringing a crypto to market that they can I think pretty much get into most funding rounds). They have over 100x success on seed capital in about 5 -10 seprate crypto projects and are still investing in new ventures. They publish their NAV and top holdings on a monthly (or maybe quarterly) basis.
Personally I think crypto is a very dificult market for the casual investor (me) but these two have a tried and tested early investment record and seem to be at the top of their game
Panama, Horult,
In reference to the cypto - pretty much agree on the risk side but in terms of tax there are a couple of options in terms of ISA investing into crypto:
BTC - Buy a BTC mining company stock - can hold in ISA - MAra, riot - Two of the biggest - they also hold BTC - they tend to be more volatile than BTC (which is pretty volatile) and I personally dont like the economics of how Bitcoin is distributed - there is a set amount to distribute so if everyone gets more computing power, there is no increase in total BTC output. Or buy US stock Microstrategy - they hold about 1% of all mined bitcoin - effectively act as a ETF (in the absence of any approved ETF)
My favourite however is non Bitcoin - a UK Aquis exchange company called KR1 - they are early investors in new crypto tokens and currently make $500,000 per month from staking these cryptos. I hold this share in an ISA. and I expect it will go up many fold in the next crypto wave.
All risky there and apologies to others who arent interested but just answering or adding to a line of BB. Obviously dyor.

Thank you Stas - great evidential response.
If you were the LOI JVCo - can you take a position whilst you are hidden from view by NDA / LOI? And if you do start accumulating, when do you have to declare TR1? Is it when you pass thrshold, or when you finish building the position? ie if you planned to build a 10% position can you do this over a month only declaring when you get to the 10%?
Just charged up to 100DMA in a matter of seconds - wow
Brakes just coming off - whoooooooshhhhhh!
Hi Caterham,
I went through the probate process on my father in laws estate about 4 years ago. It was extremely difficult to go through and we ended up using a solicitor specialising in this area to control the process. Even with that in place, it took my intervention to ensure that AIM shares were exempted - it seems many even in legal roles are not aware of this element. So worth doing your own checks and challenging solicitors if you are using them to ensure a correct treatment is provided.

Nice to hear from you Duke and thank you for sharing your position.
I am chuckling to myself at the new name - hopefully you wont have to add too many more e's before this share eventually pushes forth its intrinsic value (Dynasty that is - only a crpto bull run and excitement can value Spay).

Taking Finwittrader and Edgein figures
Even excluding 2p reserves - assets $190m value. 1 billion shares for illustration with dilution.
That gives 19c per share - or about 15p per share - and that doesnt include the 2p reserves, or the potential other oil in the ground.
This is so cheap right now and the rising SP reduction to dilution is like a fairwind pushing us upwards - a great time to enter this share or increase holdings - you wont see this dynamic too often imho.
