Did no-one post yesterday? Or was the usual banter of non-company chatter just reach a level so wonderfully toxic that the mediators just scrubbed the lot. I suspect the latter.

Not going to be drawn into politics Jack, but we had Tory led governments for the last 14 years here in UK and apparently it was all fine - its just the last 6 months thats the problem - I think not.

JLP - We have 2 key dates to keep in perspective;

1. Production and Operations update - usually at end of January - should confirm Chrome upgrades or their status, Copper progress / impact of power issue and if all other past repots are anything to go by delay to projects in pipeline and a wildcard to date unknown issue. Sarcasm and cynicism aside, its all in the numbers - we need Copper to muscle its way into significance as a percentage of our earnings.

2. End of Feb - interim 6 months accounts - we should have an idea of impact to past from end of January, but the opportunity for some forward facing commentary on post period upgrades, progress and forecasts. If these forecasts can draw on upgraded copper output (especially if production is good also) then we should have the foundations for re-evaluation of Enterprise value and the share price.

3. There is also the hope for ad-hoc news in reference to Chrome projects, Project M and G and of course the latest on a potential IRH deal.

In short, the potential is still fundamentally in this organisation and even a slow walking, stumbling (nay self tripping) entity may eventually arise from the gloom and make it into a field of sunshine. Im still holding because of this.

It’s a while

Since I looked at hydrogen, but I think you convert it to ammonia for storage / safe transportation - so green hydrogen - example - solar panels in deserts of North Africa > green hydrogen plant > convert to ammonia > ship to Europe > return to hydrogen form. Complicated but Europes energy needs could be entirely fulfilled by North Africa solar fields in deserts.

The 1 for 200 share consolidation is being processed today. So no trading till the correct details are loaded to accounts. The end of a very sorry saga but lets see if with the new capital, Satoshi can do anything....But we now own less of their likely failure than before this was needed.

Not confusing in the slightest - an excercise in identifying deep value rather than share price.

If you wait for clarity with this stock you will grow roots whilst waiting. Leon doesnt do clarity - Neal used to but got turfed for trying to add clarity to the chaotic multilayered opaque timelines and forecasts available from Leon.

My revised approach whilst we persist with (and thanks to) Leon: Ignore any timelined forecast, ignore any comments around production where the project is not yet built or signed, and under these two conditions, do you feel that production will likely go well.

So dont expect the expanded chrome till its in the production numbers, dont expect the IRH deal, dont expect project M or G till its producing.

Before anyone shouts me down, remember the Roan infrastructure that just needed painting - and 6 months later still didnt have a control console. It was awaiting the port, then customs and then still hadnt appeared but we were locally sourcing (but never told the real outcome). The water isnt a problem...oh f*c* - the waters a problem. Leon is the flakiest CEO for comms I am aware of and the only time he looked to be getting control - he seems to have squeezed that person out. He is the undisputed King of our business and he doesnt give two hoots that we want progress in a steady fashion - growth will be to his timetable and liking - if IRH dont like it and dare to ask for information - they can take a hike too!

A lot of tightly held shares here so the free float may dwindle rather than rise as the price goes up - hopefully that will drive us at least to double digits before the SoC. We have had a long time to produce our SOC so I hope we are on the shorter side of that. Striking the right balance of complexity versus simplicity in the claim is a assume key to shorter or longer arbitration. No easy task.

In terms of SoC impact, I assume we are going to be in the $1.5billion to $2billion level on the claim - if $1.5 billion that is circa £1.2bn.

With a market cap of £15m, that claim value is 80x the Market cap - or Mcap is 1.25% of the claim size.

Given we have experts in arbitration not only working this but putting forward the money to work it, an assumption of 5% of claim value in the price at SoC under this scenario would see a 4x rise in mcap and share price - or share price to 32p.

Obviously each moving part of that assumption is subject to challenge and change, but there is a lot of margin in there to soak up prudency.

Frankly I am amazed there isnt more frothing here already but a bit like crypto support, those of us already here seem top be gripping tightly to what we can accumulate.

In my opinion it is the board comms and lack of diligence followed by a determination to not take ownership of issues that is the problem so I don’t think the bod will change anything - rather the bod is where change is needed. Neale is missed - he was the closest we got to accountability.

I do think the business will get there but there are plenty of deep value opportunities in the market - why stay with the one that has a bod whose only recent claim to consistency is to consistently drop the ball.

Yes they have achieved a lot but and…..they are paid well and it’s my company not theirs - I don’t owe them a route to wealth - it’s the other way around.

1p options, disregard for shareholders and a belief that any business diligence process is unnecessary may be coming home to roost.

We have an F1 racing car and our mechanics are running it on derv with oil and fuels and tools littering the garage.

I hope there is a fuse on the Roan control panel. Not worth asking Leon - he will say yes and it will transpire the fuse is in the box and is resting on top of the panel.

I am sure Leon will get to the promised land, I am just also sure he doesn’t care which of us make it there with him or that his circuitous route via every patch of nettles in the field is causing us pain.

LC is a pioneer and we need a safer pair of hands from now on.

A very strong update showing we have 2 key projects with near term milestones.

What I particularly liked was the plain commentary for each project.

Quarter 1 next year could be very big for Coinsilium.

So Gotreal, are you saying this is not a risk because the power supply isn’t interrupted at its source but it’s the transport of said electric to site via NG?

The supply is to our sites and therefore if it doesn’t get to site there is a risk. Was Leon aware of the reliance on National grid and if yes why issue it as above - it says it is uninterrupted? Not enough review in transacting comms - always the case here.

And in 7 November operational update RNS - they refer to the uninterrupted supply contract - I didn’t make up the phrase myself.

An investigation into the risks possible under the uninterrupted power supply please, or an apology for telling its uninterrupted. In the short term I as a lth expect this plus a more open review of the risk to forecast.

But I won’t see it. Aside from Leon’s many genuine talents - the history of comms is deceitful and opaque and awkward bullishness is preferred to honest apology.

I recall those of you at AGM were picking up LC frustration at IRH requirements - this deal won’t happen unless Leon and Jubilee are open to full DD.

To excercise the 1ps now in same non apologising comms - it really is very poor.

At the current sp this is a classic Rodney share (this time next year…..)

I would ideally like to add another tranche but I am fairly well loaded here. I love a Rodney share, but experience tells me the road to millions is rarely achieved. As such I will assess the price when we release the claim value - ideally it rises to the extent my holding bags and I will then look to derisk so that I can truly enjoy the journey from there.

The dream is a $500m settlement out of the blue - 25x stake in which case we all win big time but tbh I don’t se that happening. Civil servants aren’t great at making those sort of savvy decisions - it would probably ruin your career - better to delay and wait till court makes a ruling.

Personally i think this is the best Rodney share I have ever been invested in but I am pretty sure I have said that about other shares whose skeletons now litter the edge of my investing highway.

It only takes the stroke of a pen to allow this to list - with the UK being a real hub for programming and DEFI there is a desire from government to allow this to continue - the negative impacts to UK of DEFI will occur anyhow, so they need to try and be a centre for this development.

KR1 doing the right things to give an acceptable face to this emerging industry and I believe the listing will be allowed in the next 5 years, but possibly in the next 2.

All my opinion obviously but decentralized industry is not going to disappear any time soon.

In the meantime, we will just have to rely on the KR1 business model to provide the winners - something it has been doing year on year - I se no reason to doubt this model.
