It’s not liquidated, it’s put the courts in charge so it can’t be grabbed and taken on the cheap. Lots of money entered into this before suspension and not punt money. Loads on the Moex too, wait and see I think they’ll get more than 1p

The bonds that mature in 2024 shouldn’t be considered as there will be a reasonable chance of paying those off. When a company buys another company with debt they can offset that against future tax bills. It ain’t no bad thing imho. All major companies run huge levels of debt.
