Reminds of the hurricane energy court case where most investors were requesting a suspension, the judge zacaroli see right through it all!! Similar sort lol f thing happening here including difficulty paying bond holders and other parties trying to acquire it on the cheap.

I suggest before calling, we each write down why we think the company being sold off is simply not an option. Not sure if we’ll be able to get through but I hope someone manages to relay a message on behalf of shareholders. Otherwise it will be a name change and back to business in a few months. Criminal

Yes gazprom sold the debt on but it’s still a third party so I can’t see the judge allowing money to be transferred to ummc, there’s clearly a fair amount of cash in the Russian banks that we can’t touch. The next few weeks will hopefully be fruitful.
