Pretty sure the judge will see gazproms effort to transfer the debt, sadly that won’t wash

Just because gazprom sold the debt on does not mean they will transfer money to ummc, the judge will very clearly see what has happened and hopefully refuse it. The admin will then have to look at other ways to keep the company going.

I’ll definitely be contacting the court first thing Monday to see if I can get a message through to the judge!! I suggest we all try and do the same. If we get enough support he’ll have to at least look.

I’ve never once said buy this stock, given my opinion of what it’s worth, it goes both ways and this isn’t over as some might say. However if this does give a return of 2-5p for shareholders I won’t be gloating lol much

Uk courts are the best in the world, I’m hoping they take shareholders concerns into account, I’ll try and contact the court first thing Monday morning to get some points across. Reference the hurricane energy case where they were faced with bond holders acquiring the company. Judge ruled against it saying there was a reasonable chance they could pay. This case is different however but, sanctions are not normal so this should help pog’s case. Most here spouting nonsense prob work for the bondholders getting teas and coffees etc, helmets
