I don’t think ummc will be successful through the courts with trying to obtain the subsidiaries, we better prepare for a good while in suspension before something has to give. Now I have evr and pog in my suspended list lol. Perhaps they both will move to the Moex

I did say before ummc we’re sanctioned that they would be classed as a third party. I mean it’s not that far of a trail to follow lol it’s one transaction, gpb to ummc lol who did they think they were fooling

Even if the company has to be sold, it should be given fair value. Offers from Chinese and Indian companies would value this far higher then western companies.

I’ve just emailed this lot, I suggest everyone who is invested here does the same. Let them know that these sanctions are hurting only uk investors in this instance of sanctions, Russian investors will pick this up for a song if some sort of intervention is done. Possibly a cva
