Paul already answered. 6 months + delay to Shenandoah because of fatal accident engineering FSPO. It was always Shenandoah then Sealion (next big thing). Navitas having a revenue stream from Shenandoah was always going to be more secure to financial investors.

Futures of Navitas and Sealion are joint at the hip. Rock will rise as sure as night follows day. I’m not really understanding the almost as it just looks sentiment based. Disappointed with the ICSID fiasco but that was always the side show. If we are raising money to pay for FID that’s a great thing as we wouldn’t be raising money if FID wasn’t happening so it would be happy days.

Rockhopper now intends to make a claim under the terms of an insurance policy announced on 14 October 2024, additional details of which are set out below.

The insurance policy ensures that, in the event that the Italian Republic succeeds in having the entire Award annulled or in the event of partial annulment, the combination of the Tranche 2 payment and the insurance payout shall entitle Rockhopper to a total no less than €31 million.

Rockhopper is in discussions with the specialist funder of the Monetisation Agreement regarding possible next steps.

When Shenandoah makes first oil later this month 50p will be in rear view mirror. We are a news and sentiment based share and the feeding frenzy will start as the financing news trickles in for FID. we have ramped up significantly and this was bump in road not a derailing event. The momentum is still up.

I think once everything is fully digested we will find we are in stronger position. All of the work going on at multiple levels will come to fruition soon and this bump in road won’t even be mentioned. I do think Rock can still win this arbitration case if they resubmit but it could be years away
