Accept that currently it's up 14% on the day, ok it may drop back but lets not take every opportunity to talk down any progress.
If, and taking this specifically as an 'if', they can remedy the feedstock issue, logically there is no reason this couldn't be a cash generating machine. The business model is there. The ground operation is there. The product is there, and so is the management. That's the sad part, they just can't make enough of the good stuff.
We also have the other key element, the improving margins. I've posted a long time ago that margins were historically low, and with the larger output, small changes will have an increasing impact. You can see that happening with the higher revenue against a reduced sales volume.
Obviously sourcing feedstock isn't easy or simple, as it wouldn't be a problem. Competition for it is high but with the higher crude price, more feedstock should get unlocked, making that task a little easier.
None of this is assured, or deals with cash and current debt quick enough for most but fill those reactors near to theoretical capacity, and watch it churn out cash making Superfine, that garners premium demand.
