I'm no fan of the board. Indeed I think it's an absolute gamble as to whether they can commercialise. However, if the board were likely to use a significant share of the cash for this purpose then Hamoodi won't take them to court.

My advice would be not to put too much in because this might take a long long time... and it will become frustratingly boring.

Research other companies. Tesla has a remarkable track record, and is trending upwards now... and as a bonus, it has corrupt government agenda driving it and paying for it's infrastructure with your tax $, and furthermore there is the bullcrp mainstream media too so it's a real will winner because there are seeming endless number of gullible twts out there who believe in net zero.

- this share that is more stable than any other in the entire world probably (because it is currently valued based on it's cash - at discount - and nothing else)...

- this share could possibly provide for you a real upside. Possbibly.

- you shouldn't lose much capital quickly except for due to inflation.

Apple plan to release this device at the start of next year... they have either built the stock ready to sell, or they know that they need to start production... yet Nanoco have no production orders and no visibility of production orders???
