Why double figures? The company has no prospects. The directors (who seem to have no prospects for a real job) treat it like a cash cow for themselves. There is some value in the cash but you can't stop them syphoning it, and no-one wants to buy the company.

So the long term value is zero.

Nah. A potential buyer could have bought Nanoco years ago. A potential buyer can cancel a lawsuit.

After the Samsung settlement, no other settlements were ever going to amount to anything. £3 might keep the board’s snouts in the trough for a few more weeks but that’s about it.

That's not how it works. The FCA is there 1) so that the right people get away with breaking the rules, 2) to select scape goats if absolutely necessary, 3) to catch you if you misbehave, 4) to create an illusion of regulation.

Nonsense Twit. The share price was ramped by no one other than the CEO of the company and the Edison group who he paid for misleading analysis.

No one on this chat group ever agrees with what you say because you are for some reason irrationally biased towards defending Nanoco and their wrong-doing.

Indeed was Nano... I didn't give much thought to the figures, because it all basically equates to zero.

I doubt it TWit... You need to scale that down. Based on the settlement from Samsung, you need to divide it by 20, and then give 50% to the laywers, which leaves about $300k.

Take everything this company says with a pinch of salt. They are crooked and treat the company as a cash cow for themselves and their mates at the funds.

The current supposed legal challenge against LG may cause a small amount of drift upwards as further news comes along, but do not trust it for the long term. Take a modest return and get out while you can.

Nanoco proved nothing other than that they are willing to settle for a pittance. Message to other infringers: "Use our tech for years on loan at what is effectively a negative interest rate".

This company is a cash cow for the crooked.

I don't agree FlyingHigher. I did not comment on the buy back. I commented on the promised dividend. A buy back is not a dividend. The dividend has not arrived.

Regarding the buy back. It increases value for the shareholders if there are expected payment streams because it magnifies them. However, in our case there were no payment streams expected by the shareholders. The company simply overpaid the privileged few for the shares they bought back.

Look at the share price over the past 2 years since the debacle.
