Thanks Tony Gott. An expensive lesson indeed, but you have taught me a valuable lesson that nothing, NOTHING a company director tells us about it's position or prospects can be trusted at all.

You are a liar, just as so many others have been.

The only thing that can be trusted is profit, and I would have my doubts about that now.

Sorry to disappoint, but the shareholders will not receive a penny now. Better to start coming to terms with that.

In August you lied about having enough money to get the company through to Q1 of this year and you said a fund raise would not be required at all, but at that time you knew that Saietta was down to it’s last month’s worth of cash, and not only that but you had unpaid creditors.

You are a liar and a crook, or incompetent. Probably both.

when the number of shares in a company increases at a faster rate than its profit growth, one is ****ed.

if anyone is still running this company, please could they step forward and provide an update on the supposed £24m of revenue that is due to be earned this year, and a gross profit margin would be rather helpful also.

we don’t want to find in a years time that “whoops it was only £2m after all” with a growth margin of 10% in a shiiit for profit region, in a similar vein as the recent “we won’t run out of cash” craap.

Correct me if I'm wrong... Isn't this old news? Didn't Tenner tell us 18 months ago that the European customer was already at that time invested in development of the 2nd generation sensing product? And now we are starting to develop it? It's all unclear language waffle waffle waffle never any money.

I hope I do turn out to be wrong. They will sell something one day. Sensors for 20p perhaps…. They will need to sell a lot to bring any value to shareholders.

The theories around whether markets are efficient have nothing to do with whether you can make free money from known dividends.

what you are saying is right. the company is worth less than the cash. the entire market including the institutional investors who set the share price know everything that you have just said … and…. the company is worth less than the certain cash balance.

so assume it’s worth £3m below the cash value…. that means that the prospects of the company minus the negative value of the bunch of crooks and *****s who ‘run’ the company add minus the money they are going to line their pockets with… is valued at £3m.

the market has essentially decided that the ****ness of the board of directors is worth £3m more than any positive value that may be derived from the future prospects of the company.

that’s probably driven by their dishonesty more than their incompetence. but hey…
