NGR, HH is not in the minority view. You are misinterpreting the vote %. Just because people abstained from the voting (the majority) it doesn't mean that they disagree with HH.

I abstained from voting. I abstained as because on balance I thought that Hamoodi's proposal would be the last nail in the coffin and as I've said before I am in this for the gamble.

If I could have been bothered to vote, I would have voted to remove BT and leave everything in place.

You are right NGR. BT lied to us. Because BT knew it was NOT going to be worth multiples of the market cap. He knew that could not possibly happen, because he knew that he was willing to hit the eject button when Samsung offered $150m. And he knew that (in the absence of a commercial order) $150m would tank the share price.

The Board knew that Samsung would eventually settle, and they had a plan to settle at a specified settlement price that they had themselves agreed. So the potential that they were communicating to shareholders was ALL LIES.

Forget it. Zero. We got $65m from Samsung and they were 90% of the market.

Are we really going to go after the other $6m? Any infringer (who represents a portion of that amount) will know that our legal fees will prohibit us from bothering.

Time to move on and look ahead to the legal case against Apple. They have a big market share.

Timeline: Globalist freak Apple starts to use our technology to spy on their customers in about 2028/2029... It's in their iPhone... no commercial orders yet... Nanoco suspects that Apple infringed. Investigation tales a year or two.... in 2030-2031 Nanoco announces legal action against Apple for patent infringement. Share price increases 50%... hang on... no it doesn't... we've been here before and shareholders aren't fooled by that bollshot again... share price goes up by 5%... PTAB takes a year and a half... court case, etc... yawn... 2033 maybe apple pays up ... £5m net? ie 15p a share? ... but over that 10 year period the cash has been drained by £4m a year and the directors have lined their pockets with bonuses... so we're back at 17p a share.

I'm undermining what they say to keep balance, because what they have said in the past was misleading to say the least.

And for the record I am not a shorter. 90% of my share capital used to be in Nanoco. It is now around 15% after losing trust in Brian Tenner. I don't mind a gamble, because this might pay off in the very long term.

My comments are not affecting the share price at all. The market (led by LOAM) do not believe it's worth any more than the current price. If LOAM believed it was worth more then they would be buying.

And it's not nasty to say that Apple might not pay for the use of the tech - what a naive comment. Apple have done it before.

NGR, You have always claimed that the market was always right, and they are. This company has no prospects, and they are spending the cash. Project that and you get something less than cash value.

Why is the production order anticipated for December of this year? Their last ditch attempt/hope to keep to their previous guidance. I'm surprised they didn't just say "Orders anticipated 31st December"!

Apple Vision Pro are not going to provide us with an order, because it is now late August and Apple don't sell products 'to order'. It's not a car. Its a pair of goggles.

If Nanoco tech is in Vision Pro then Apple are not planning to pay for it.

The point I'm making on vote count is that if anyone should go then it is him. Why would you sack someone who is less influential than BT?

Hard to believe that Brian Tenner didn't have the highest pecentage of "vote for removal from Board".

I've never seen BT being so proactive before... all these RNS's and all... There's nothing like the threat of losing your job to motivate you. He's even showing an interest in his shareholders for once. Shame he didn't have the same attitude before crumbling before Samsung like a coward.

Hmmm.... no response... I do suspect your estimates are very much on the low side for 2024. US deal GBP 5m for 3000 units.

80k units in India plus another 60k units over the next 5 years.

Whilst I expect the revenue to be lower per unit in India, I don't think it will be so much lower to limit the revenue to £12m.

Try to ignore NGR, he presumes to the the fount of all knowledge, arrogantly thinking he needs to answer each and everyone's questions, whilst actually never giving any answers other than to say that he was once very import in business... Anyone would think he WAS Brian Tenner.

$150m was significantly more measly than BT has led the market to believe, and significantly more measly than he has allowed other articles to mislead the market.

We got $5m net from the Samsung litigation.

And there was no warning from BT of selling our patents to get the other $85m.
