It is not so long ago that many posters were confidently forecasting turnover of £20m+. Not much talk about that now, more like can we scrap to £10m. All the while costs have been shooting through the roof. Imagine the idiocy of a management team who measure success by the number of staff they bring on.

Just go down the posts from earlier today. Just complete and utter mindless drivel. Embarrassing when the company has such clear and obvious issues. Perhaps a few of these posters might want to focus on REAL issues rather than the spewing drivel that we have seen for months. They might like to focus on the ongoing management utter failure to deliver anything other than hot air.

Sharkfund - these are all very relevant questions. However, do not hold your breathe that any of the regular posters here will actually provide answers. Instead they will either ignore your perfectly reasonable questions or fill the BB with utter irrelevancies frequently masquerading as 'research'. Even when the SP has bombed they seem incapable of even seeing that there are issues far less address them.

Nu - why are you surprised by the ongoing SP weakness. The interims were terrible. The proactive interview was completely underwhelming (only 60 STC tests/day when you are giving them away for free!) and a paid for panel. I confess that I have not seen the Sunday Roast. Hardly compelling. It is pretty clear that any China JV will be into next year - if it ever happens.

The market has had enough of the jam tomorrow stich. I am surprised that the SP has held up as well as it has considering.

RD - that was not quite my understanding. My interpretation was that the 30% conversion figure represented the percentage that subsequently ordered a kit. However, I do not think that necessarily meant that they paid full price, or indeed any price as it seems that many kits were either discounted or even given away. When potential customers have to pay full price there is no reason to believe that 30% conversion will be achieved.

TP I do not disagree with anything you say. I am merely pointing out that the announcement is rather underwhelming and, I suspect, previously mentioned. Pay a sales and marketing agency enough and they will come and work for you. Let’s hope that they are more successful than the last effort (social influencer and The Sun ads).

So that’s it!? The big reveal!? No doubt that Media Monks is a good organisation. However, they are just guns for hire. They will work for anyone if the price is right – just pay them enough. So hardly a breakthrough, rather indicates the failure of the previous marketing strategy.

In any event didn’t GB mention this, or similar, at the interims? I could be wrong but pretty sure that this was discussed. Must be really desperate if this is the best announcement that they can dredge up.

The original marketing plan was, as I recall, to use social influencers which seems to have been a failure judging by the new MM appointment and the fact that they have been giving STC away.

How about announcing some sales and orders?

Drshan – in part I agree with you. The bulletin board is a forum for useful, productive discussion. Unfortunately 90% of posters simply ramp. Time and time again they repeat ad nauseum that a blockbuster RNS is on its way, the SP will be in the 40s, new contracts coming. Unfortunately they are always wrong. They are wrong because this company is simply not performing. No sales, no contracts.

The very few realistic posters on here have been proven to be right, time and time again. Yet you want to shut us up. Why? Frightened of the truth and being proven wrong?

This is a platform for discussion, both positive and negative. Your attempts to close down that discussions are, frankly, pathetic.

The tech here is great but the management team are not capable of successfully commercialising it. Your ongoing attempts to hide management from criticism, including I suspect censorship, points to you being associated with a management team that are clearly failing.

Interesting. So some posters give themselves permission to repeat themselves where they feel the message is right, whereas others who are apparently off message are banned. Hmmmm...........

In my experience only those who have lost it over use capital letters.

The people who having been lieing and deceiving here are the rampers who have been constantly forecasting 'knockout' RNS's the next morning, amazing breakthroughs, ever increasing SPs, amazing new uses for the tech etc etc.

It is clear that the company has also exaggerated its likely achievements. It has over promised and under delivered.

I make no apologies about pointing this out.

I am pleased to have pointed out the likely requirement for a fund raise, likely SP drop, the award of options to NXD against best standards, the lack of progress, GBs unearned shares, Mrs GB share sales and more. All these things have been proven to be entirely and consistently accurate - unlike the rampers.

NU - we understand that DVRG has a lot of good tech. With it we could make a difference in a number of areas. The issue is the companies ability to deliver against that opportunity. At the moment there is no delivery. I very much doubt that anyone believes the the NDA rubbish.

The company is not delivering and without some sales and orders there is no reason to believe that the SP will not continue to be weak.

NU - the reason why the Dec 2020 presentation is relevant is that this is what GB said would be delivered in 2021. It is entirely reasonable that we compare what has been delivered against what was promised. The answer to the delivery question is simple - pretty much nothing.

Instead we are offered more jam tomorrow.

HSD - The definition of mislead is 'cause (someone) to have a wrong idea or impression.' GB may not have deliberately mislead -indeed I did not say that he deliberately mislead, that was a phrase that you used. You can mislead someone without deliberately doing so. I think that it is clear that he has mislead people as virtually all of the things that he suggested would happen in his December 2021 presentation have not been delivered. Equally he made it fairly clear that DVRG did not require additional funding and as a result there would not be a fund rise. A few weeks later there was a fund raise.

The central question is how much you can believe.

This company does have excellent technology. HSD I agree with you that ' it would take an astoundingly inept management team not to make a success of it, imo.'

There are 2 or 3 posters who are being realistic. The rest are ramping and the market has seen through it. The company is simply not performing and that is clearly reflected in the interims and the failure to achieve any of the companies objectives as set out in the December 2021 presentation. As a result it is clear that GB has a credibility issue. He has promised a lot but not delivered. It is about time that we had some sales and contracts. I do not think that this should be a particularly controversial statement. Without these the SP will continue to weaken.
