Ratty, the SP does not lie. It is down almost a half in the last year and is down two-thirds from its high. The only people making money here are TP, Mrs GB with her well times share sales and GB with his share buyout.

The reasons why the SP is down so disasterously is clear. The company has not achieved any of the objectives set out for the year in the shareholder presentation in December 2020 (cruises, breathalyser sales etc etc). The China deal is endlessly delayed and may well never happen. The breathalyser, the subject of such hype earlier, seems to make slow, if any, progress through development. The company is running out of money (again). There are not enough orders or sales. Labskin appears to be going backwards. Overheads have been allowed to mushroom with no increase in revenues.

As I say the SP does not lie. It is sad that you seem so deluded that you seem unable to see that the SP reflects the abject year for DVRG.

Well, this share has been a dog over the last year or two.

MSYS (another GB share) has been worse. I wonder if GB and his merry men at TP have in mind another merger thereby giving themselves the opportunity for another freebie share/warrant/option blowout? The obvious impact will be another stock overhang depressing the SP further.

In any event DVRG (and MSYS) will run out of money shortly and there can be little doubt that there will be another highly dilutive fund raise H1 2022 - particualrly with the increasing cost base and the share buyout of GB. The year end results should make the timing for the find raise rather more clear.

And to you to rabnarr. Let's hope Santa delivers some orders in the New Year.......

The market does not believe GB's jam tomorrow BS. Without sales and orders the SP will trundle down to the level that GB rather astutely sold his shares.

Paul - You may or may not agree with me but it does not really matter what you and I agree about. What does matter is what the market thinks and the market has given the performance of DVRG over the last year a big raspberry. Hardly surprising given the complete failure to deliver.

Ratty - even by your standards this is the most pathetic drivel. You are sinking to new lows now and showing that you are completely and utterly desperate. Even your employer must have recognised that you endless nonsense is underming what little credibility there is left.

Like everything else GB promised he has failed to deliver on the cruise lines. No mention of these for months.

His inability to deliver is pathetic and the impact on the SP is all too clear. Unbelievable that the BoD allowed him to cash those shares in. At this rate, and with a fund raise imminent, getting out at a few pence looks another well timed deal (like Mrs GBs well timed share sell).

I cannot believe that there are a few posters on here who continue to support him despite the complete absence of ant form of delivery (other than hugely increased costs).

A terrible year for DVRG. They achieved none of their objectives for the year. No wonder the SP has collapsed over the last year, below, the merger price and wel below the price Mrs GB sold at. Sadly with the delays on almost everything combined with the ever growing overhead a discounted fund raise is not far off - yet again shafting the PIs.

A shame that there are so many deluded rampers on this BB who seem incapable of seeing what is actually going on with this share. The only people making money here are GB and his city chums. Well done TP - the drinks are on you,

TP will almost certainly give the numbers to DVRG to review (or DVRG will give the number to TP). Either way the forecast is generally endorsed

Plenty on this BB were forecasting turnover of £20m or more for this year and therefore I do not think that it is fair to suggest that hitting the £10m forecast is all we can expect. He has not hit the higher expectations of many because he has not delivered what he promised for 2021. He has achieved virtually none of the objectives he set out in the December 2020 shareholders presentation.

It is interesting how dependent DVRG has been on MW projects. The rest of the group has barely beaten the previous year.

Perhaps the most concerning aspect is that the company has hugely increased overheads - mainly more people - to accelerate growth. Unfortunately there has hardly been any growth. More costs, but no increase in sales is a disturbing mix. I fully expect that there will be a further fund raise in H1 2022. GB has a history of denying that there will be a fund raise then shortly after reversing that.

GW - they have to announce if turnover is + or - 10% from expectations. This means that it will almost certainly be between £9m and £11m barring any last minute surprises. Those who were insisting on this BB that the figure would be nearer £20m are looking rather foolish.

Given the MW related turnover the rest of the company appears to be atrophying.

Although turnover forecasts have not increased, costs most certainly are up. Does anyone actually believe that the company will be profitable this year as GB has intimated? The realityy is that this company is going to need a fund raise and at this SP this will be highly dilutive to PIs who no doubt will not be able to participate. The need for a fund raise is brought forward by the bizarre decision to buy out GBs shares. Expect TP and GB's mates to stock up on options from the fund raise and with their constant share selling continue to depress the SP.

The market has seen through him (again) shame that some of the rampers do not recognise this.

There is not one mention of sales or orders in this RNS. Tragic.

With his Twatter ramping GB is asking for an inside trading investigation. A big jump on the day before an announcement and a fall on the day is so dodgy. Is the crookedest share on AIM?

Down 5.5% on the day does not suggest that our estemmed CEO has got this right. It is utterly pathetic that he twatters away everytime beforehand and every time the SP falls on the day. He treats PIs like idiots. What did he call us long term shareholders - Rainbow Chasers!? Talk about a lack of respect. At least Mrs GB times her share sale to perfection. - what a surprise. The fundamental issue is that he is not selling anything. Until he does this share will continue to go into reverse.

As ever more jam tomorrow - yet more China delays (will it ever happen - increasingly likely no), breathalyser delays and STC cannot seem to give it away. Enthusiasm is no substitute for delivery.

There is absolutely no need to do it before an RNS. He could equally as well do it after. It just makes him look even more of an amateur.

Every time he has done his amateur hour tatter the SP has reversed. When will he ever learn?
