Interesting that no one has actually explained what the shambolic wording of the RNS actually means. Seems that the numbers signing up are low although good to see the conversion rate is high.

Unfortunately it would seem that judging by the market reaction there is a view that the numbers are either bad or no one really understands them. Perhaps DVRG could clarify how many people have joined - split between those who have paid full price, those who got a discount and freebies. Some revenues might be welcome to. Until the company is more transparent then the market will fear the worst.

Read it again and that seems to be a quite reasonable interpretation. Seems that I am not the only one that is confused by the wording. I have no idea what they are trying to say as the wording is so rubbish. Seems that is the market view to.

Does the comment '82% of club members (around 1,500)' mean that there are 1,500 members or 1,829 (1,500 x 100/82) members. Either way it seems an extraordinary low number. Am I missing something?

HSD that is exactly the point. None of the things thtat GB said he would deliver has materialised. He is full of BS. despite the comments of some on this BB this is obvious if you have a couple of brain cells to rub together and explains the SP

With the SP below 20p when the fund raise comes it is going to be highly dilutive.

Hyper marlin if you care to look at my previous posts you will see that I accurately forecast the date of the last fund raise. All the while GB said that there would not be a fund raise. Based on my last accurate predictions you might care to take my view rather more seriously.

I think that they will be running out of funding towards the half year. The problem they have is that the SP is so low that the level of dilution will be a dilutive killer for existing shareholders. But do they care about us?

That really is pathetic Ratty even by your standards. You have to show paid for conferences to try and show progress. Real progress is orders, sales, strategic partnership and the like. None of these things are happening. So much for a lottery win!

No wonder the SP is falling.

Bull market - I would agree that going back through GBs presentations make sobering reading. He has not achieved anything.

With the SP collapsing and a fund raise round the corner and no sign of improvement I am perfectly entitled to moan

I do read the RNSs which is why I know that everything is delayed/not happening. We were told that GB would be disappointed if China was not signed up before last Christmas. It was not and no sign. The breathalyser was supposed to be ready for sale months ago and there has been nothing. Cruises were supposed to have come on board a year ago. Again nothing. This is all from RNSs and official investor presentations.

This company is doing nothing other than making ever more empty promises.

No wonder they cannot attract quality institutional shareholders and the SP is down the toilet. You cannot kid the market for long before you get found out. Management have been fully exposed for their lack of progress

Seems to me that there is great technology here but management seem entirely incapable of commercialising it. They keep promising orders and strategic partnerships but do not deliver.

Seems as though there are lots of ostriches with their heads in the sand. So many failures - how long can this go on. No China, no new orders, no breathalyser, no sales, no cruise lines, no institutional investors . There is no shareholder presentation setting out the plans for 2022 - perhaps after the 2021 failure that is not entirely surprising.

Time for management change.

Based on past experience there will be nothing - no contracts, no orders, no China JV just more jam tomorrow.

Let’s hope that GB goes by the end of February if there is no significant news and they bring in someone who can deliver rather than just bull****

It might be helpful if the company told us what they expected to do over the remainder of the year.

How about signing up China? Or actually selling some STC rather than giving them away for free. Or how about selling some waste water testing kits? Or completing the breathalyser? Or selling something (anything) to the cruise sector.

None of these things are happening so no wonder the institutions are bailing.
