What price the rescue fundraise - anyone think that it will be above 8p?

I see that you are spouted the same old drivel of utter irrlevances and dressing it up as 'research' Perhaps you should do some real research and then you might actually realise this company is making no progress other than adding a pile of overheads. They will be out with the begging bowl soon enough - rather sooner now that GB has taken a slug of cash out.

R40 - you are absolutely correct. The core 'old businesses are not doing much more than tread water. That is clear from the revenue guidance and the MW orders. It is certainly not speculation but completely clear from the data that the company has given. It is unambigous this company is making little or no progress and you only need to compare what GB said we would do for 2021 with what has actually be done. F all.
He is now saying that it is all going to happen in 2022 which sounds remarkbly similar to what he said would happen in 2021. The only thing that he says should still happen this year is China. I wonder who actually believes that!? He has broken his word so often that there is clearly a credibility issue. That is why the SP is where he is and probably why he is selling out for 8p

Even you should be able to work out that when 2 companies become 1 that the only meaningful comparative is that aggregate turnover of both. For many years, until GB came along, MW turnover was £4m plus. The rest of the business is virtually flat.

Sadly it is not all about turnover. GB has gone on a spending spree but forecast turnover has not incrased - far less reached the £20m figure that various rampers on here forecast. It will be interesting to see if the company will be profitable as GB claimed for the final quarter of last year - I suspect not.

If you took the time to look at the December 2020 presentation you will see that GB has delivered nothing that he promised. This is why the SP is down on a year ago, down compared to the merger with MW and down against the rights price. Looks like GB did well to get a chunk of cash out at 8p!!

The market recognises the failure of this company and has marked it down accordingly. It knows that their will need to be another rescue rights diluting the PIs even further and has priced the shares accordingly.

It is unfortunate that there are still a few people who are still desperately trying to ramp here - constantly suggesting that there is a block buster RNS. There is none and this is heading the way of Alltracel - another GB disaster (according to the PIs).

You only need to look at the December 2020 investor presentation to see that he has completely failed on everything he has promised (cruises, breathalyser etc etc). Those who think that he has delivered are utterly delusional and clearly have not even attempted to compare promises with delivery.

This company is failing. The BoD's bizarre acceptance of GB taking a bunch of cash out of the company rather than shares is bizarre. With all the additional overheads and no material sales above that originally forecast means that another dilutive cash raise is coming and that time will be brought forward by GB taking cash. At the current SP the losers will be PIs.

Time to stop the heavy hints and for GB to deliver some sales and orders

NU - DVRG half year turnover was only £3.3m. Unfortunately sales are not split out by division at the half year. Hwever, there was a relatively large MW order of £3.6m which one might reasonably expect would have been largely completed 4 or 5 months later. On the basis that MW provided the majority of the half year turnover then the rest of the business is showing very limited, if any, growth. No doubt that this is one of the reasons why the SP is where it is. The more one looks at the interims the more apparent it is how bad they were.

IMHO there is not a chance that they will do anywhere near the T/O you are suggesting next year.

Wacca - you asked some very good and pertinent questions over the weekend. Andycrap had no answers to these questions, so in true Andycrap style he used insults to divert people. He does it every time.

You might not like it but it has been 100% accurate.

It would be very welcome to discuss the REAL issues rather than being entirely blind to the all too evident problems with this company. A fall in the SP from 78p to 21p provides more than adequate evidence.

Ratty you are merely demonstrating to people the complete inability of DVRG to land any contracts and sales from the opportunities out there. Rather than wittering on about the next opportunity that DVRG will miss perhaps you should focus on WHY GB seems incapable of landing a single deal.

He has promised a lot but delivered NOTHING. The market knows it, the interims prove it but you just witter away at your airheaded ideas. The company and you need to get real.

Chesh - I think that GB has hinted that it has been pushed later possibly into next year. Yet another deferment.

drshan - why would you believe anything that the company says? It has failed completely and utterly to deliver any of the promises it made for 2021 in the December 2020 shareholder presentation. No waste water monitoring sales, no breathalyser sales (promised Q1 2021 - now delayed for who knowns how long), a fund raise that we were told would not happen (although clearly desperately required for solvency purposes) no cruise sector sales - no nothing. Since then the promised China JV has not been delivered and now pushed into the long grass, the MW order seems to be struggling to convert into sales judging by the interim turnover.

With all these fails then hardly a surprise that people are questioning the £10m forecast. I expect that we will scrape there but barely and certainly nowhere near the £20m a number of posters on this BB were forecasting.

All seems rather similar to the Alltracel debacle.

NU - given the SP fall perhaps the sellers which include our broker Turner Pope and Mrs GB really were better placed than PIs to know when to sell? Their timings do look rather finely judged. Is this the same TP who were producing research notes with a 78p target - but still continued to sell? Looks as if being one of GBs mates can be rather profitable.

Now, back to that trough.
