Glebe - the market has lost faith. Not only should GB reconfirm revenue he should present shareholders with plans for this year. He did it for 2021 (although failed in all his deliverables) and I see no reason why he should not do it for 2022.

There is one area that I do agree with Hutchy. This is about to get rerated and it will fall, and stay, in single figures until (or if) there are real orders.

Just catching up with Fridays announcement. So as I understand it they do not actually have any orders they are starting manufacturing in the hope of getting some orders. A casual read of the RNS might mistakenly believe that they actually had some orders.

LTB - I agree that some director share buys would be welcome. Unfortunately there are more Director share SELLS than buys

LTB I seem to recall that GB informed us that China would be signed up by the middle of last year. It moved out until we had reassurance that GB would be disappointing if it did not happen by Christmas. It is now March and there is still no sign. A typical example of lots of promises but no delivery.

The SP collapse has little to do with Ukraine. The fall started well before then.

The real reasons are;
- no new contracts
- lack of progress on China JV
- imminent deeply discounted fund raise
- GB and Mrs GB selling shares
- no apparent breathalyser progress
- lack of new institutional shareholders
- constant seller
- a discredited broker
- too much jam tomorrow, too little delivery
- a discredited CEO trying (and failing) to run 2 companies which are both in deep trouble.

It would be good if the company provided a shareholder presentation. They did this for 2021 and although they achieved virtually none of their targets it was a useful tool. No doubt they will want to avoid this as they may not want a similar failure this year.

The company is going down the tubes as is only too evident from the SP. Unfortunately some on this BB seem completely blind and oblivious to this. They seem to be rather more concerned about shouting down those rather more considered posters who have the audacity to point out the all too obvious problems.

The person who is dragging the SP down is the CEO. He has simply not delivered on what he has promised. No more contract news, no progress on breathalyser, no progress on China, pathetic RNSs with no financial data and no outlook for the year in terms of expected progress.

All the while there are a series of pathetic twatter ramps. In the real world MrsGb, GB, TP and Helium sell down their shares. And after all that PIs are told they are ‘rainbow chasers’.

Suggest that you look at RNS dated 26 November 2021. GB effectively sold 1.255m shares at 8.17p each. Other senior management did the same.

I cannot recall there being an announcement regarding orders for almost a year (I think a MW order for China). We have not had a shareholder presentation on what to expect for this year (we had one for last year and they achieved FA which may explain why they have not done it for this). With the higher overheads and no obvious increase in revenues there must be a highly dilutive rights issue coming soon.
