Chazzy - unfortunately the so called ‘order’ in the 11 March RNS is not a third party order at all. They are simply building it and putting it in stock.

Yes I must have got it wrong to. It is a really wonderful presentation with no mistakes and clearly sets out how the company is going to commercialise all its products.

Any institution that does not immediately invest when they see the wonderful presentation needs their head examining.

I have just made the obvious comment that the presentation does not even mention how they are going to make money. I would have thought that even you would understand that they will not attract proper institutional investors until they set out how they are going to do that, with a few orders to back it up.

It is certainly not for me to set out the DVRG route to monetisation!! That is the managements role. They have not set it out. Any institutional investors will rightly presume that they do not know.

The fact that they do not have well regarded institutions on the share register would suggest that management have failed to get the message over. Judging by the presentation that is not a surprise as they do not set out how they intend to commercialise.

This is an investor presentation so of course the investors will expect to understand how the company will make money.

NU - no, the real issue that there is nothing in the presentation that demonstrates how they are going to monetise anything. That is not negativity that it just a statement of fact. Until they show how they are going to make money, ideally with a few orders, then they will never attract institutional investment.

bemma - I also find it quite disturbing that what is nothing more than starting work to put something into stock in the vague hope that someone might buy it some time in the future is very different from a real third party order. It is highly misleading to describe this as any kind of 'order'.

SK - I agree. It is clear that there is no one in the organisation who has any presentational skills. With the new marketing person on board I would have expected that to be sorted by now.

More fundamentally, there is no explanation how they will make money out of this. Unless they explain the route to commerciality no serious institution will touch this.

Is this really the best ramping that you can do Ratty? If this is your highlight then no wonder the SP is down the toliet. Perhaps GB should ask for his money back?

Back in the real world, no further news on China some 5 months after the deal was supposed to be signed, death spiral finance, no significant external orders, no news on a bunch of JVs that were supposed to be completed, no official turnover forecast from the company, no KPIs, overheads out of control and the CEO and his wife being net sellers.

The SP has further to go down.

Theranos has got nothing on GB. You only have to look on the 'other' BB for Alltracel to see the games he has got up to previously

On the death funding point you will have seen a lot of comment about the latest fund raise. The company has had little option on funding than to go to the lender of last resort with equity fund raises etc being effectively off limits due to the previous disastrous equity raise at 30p. I am afraid that I cannot recall the exact terms other than it was highly expensive. This type of funding is generally regarded as the last option - some call this ‘death funding’.

I see no reason why the SP should not hit the level that GB and other senior management effectively sold shares which I believe was circa 8p.

If you have been following this for sometime then you will have noted that my predictions have been entirely accurate. I forecast both fund raises ( even when the company denied it) and I also forecast that the SP would fall into teens - which it did. Unfortunately I can see no reason why the SP will not fall further.

Management has failed. It has lost control over its overheads forcing it to go cap in hand to death funding, it has not announced a significant new order for months, the China JV seems to have stalled even though it was announced over a year ago, no news on the other JVs. All the while GB and Mrs GB have been net sellers.

I see no reason why this will not fall into single figures.

The SP is down where it is for a simple reason. DVRG has not delivered on ANYTHING it promised.

Without substantial orders or JVs there is nothing to support the current SP and it will continue to fall.

GB has been very unsuccessful in attracting high quality long term institutional shareholders. To the best of my knowledge we either have 0 or 1 which is a real incitement of the management team and their strategy (whatever that is).

Given the SP performance, the lack of significant orders, the failure to conclude JV agreements, the failure to commercial the breathalyser etc etc it is hard to see this changing. It becomes even more challenging when one considers GB and Mrs GB net share sales together with GBs ‘mixed’ record with Alltracel.

Still no official revenue projections from the company(we are reliant on biased broker with oodles of shares to sell), no KPIs, a complete lack of transparency, no updates on progress on JVs despite numerous deadlines coming and going.

This company is a joke and completely unprofessional.

Ratty - what has happened to the breathalyser? It was supposed to be on the market over a year ago. Do you remeber the AGM presentation that was almost entirely on the breathalyser? The market also saw through that one with a savage write doen in the SP. Seems that the market is smarter than the rampers
