Paul. - as you suggested I did indeed look at the news. The last bit of news was in March . The last three items of ‘news’ included the name change, attendance at a conference an update on the lack of progress on testing. You have very helpfully confirmed how little meaningful progress the company has made.

As you will see from my previous post the company has promised a lot and delivered nothing.

So this is what DVRG promised us in the December 2020 presentation and earlier. Let’s compare with what they have actually achieved:

• Waste Water detection. Supposedly all ready to go. Plan for integrated detection solution. Achieved – nothing. Still in development with no sales.
• Breathe test. First sales in Q1. Still in development and appear to be further away now than they were last year.
• Covid 19 Testing. Unilever described as ‘development partner’. As far as I am aware there has been no further mention of this. Presumably they were not impressed and are no longer involved.
• Modern Water. New projects with Sunup China, Advent India, Ion Exchange India, WEC. Delivered absolutely nothing.
• Cruise sector. $2.6bn market. Delivered nothing
• Dell Technology shown as partner. A partner doing what is not clear but seems primarily for instrument support. Is this just a support agreement for a few laptops? If more then presumably it would have been announced.
• Lab and field trials. Still ongoing despite assurances that everything was solved. The slide is completely misleading as it clearly gives the impression that the field trials were satisfactorily completed. That is completely bogus and terribly misleading.
• Mobile Health Pass. Seems as dead as a dodo.

It seems the company keeps as many balls in the air but delivers nothing. When that fails they just make ever more outlandish promises. Always jam tomorrow. How anyone can say that DVRG have made progress when they so clearly have not is beyond me.

The presentation is frankly a mess with slides that appear to be have thrown together completely randomly. One thing is for sure - the half year results will need to have significant progress or this share is going to tank again.

I concur that a large contract or government contract would be regarded as good news. However, a MSYS merger would, imho, be an absolute disaster. The only people to benefit would be GB and his city cronies who would no doubt collect millions of options/warrants which would then depress the SP for the next few years at they sell them off.

As a shareholder I am always pleased to see the SP up. However, with the technology this company has the SP should be several times where it is now. A SP hovering around 30p is a crushing indictment of the incompetence of the management.

I am looking forward to the interims and will watch with interest how many of the short term objectives they set out in their December investor presentation they have actually achieved. At the moment it seems that they have not achieved any of them. I am mystified why some posters seem to think that the company has progress when it is abundantly clear that they have failed to achieve any of their objectives.

GB told us that the breathalyser would come to market Q1 2021. It has not and it still seems years away.

It is a completely false statement to claim that they are 'close' or 'most' of hitting their targets. If you looked at what they promised to deliver at the end of December they have actually delivered zilch.

Is this the same Chesh who said that the SP would be in the high 30s by the end of last week?

So whats your view now Chesh - any reason why the SP will not fall back into the teens or do you actually believe the TP BS (the same TP that have a several million shares to sell - interesting that).

The market has awakened and seen through the BS.

It is pretty clear that market has seen through GB's 'jam tomorrow' spiel. How many times have we heard that from him - just take a look at all the promises from the December 2019 presentation - none have been delivered.

I am pretty sure that GB and his city mates are just winding up for a MSYS merger with a fund raise that triggers millions of new share/options and warrants for GB and his city boy chums and dilutes the rest of us. This will only put long term downward pressure on the DVRG SP, scr3wing all the PIs on the way. Oh...and another opportunity for Mrs GB to sell a few shares.

Time for GB and co to bring in some proper contracts and sales and spend less time feathering their nests. No more pigs in the trough.

Seems like a bit of non news - we know the technology is good it is the inability to sell that is worrying.

The cynical would suggest that this is a precursor to a tie up with MSYS leading to another unearned pay day for GB.

It does surprise me that Andy and his friends cannot see that everyone has seen through all the ramping. Even GB has gone quiet. Hopefully this is a signal that he is working on sales and orders but he does seem to prefer the ramping than the hard work of getting orders in.

Ratty - you raise an interesting point. GB has promised something but will he deliver?

To get an idea of his ability to deliver you only have to look at the Dec 2020 presentation (and some before) to see that he has delivered NOTHING. No breathalyser (promised Q1 2020 sales with everything 'sorted' but still in development), no cruise line orders, no MW projects) All these false promises but no delivery.

No wonder Mrs GB and GBs city mates with millions of options/free shares are getting out.

The endless ramping on here is clearly having no impact.

We need orders and sales. There is no evidence that these are happening. Instead GB promises more jam tomorrow. Everything is late. We were promised breathalyser sales in Q1 2021, cruise contracts, waste water monitoring sales. None of these are happening. No wonder the SP continues to fall.

I for one would welcome rather less nominations and rather more orders

A few days away and it seems that nothing has changed.SP barely budged.No new orders. Trials seemingly endlessly stretching into the horizon.The same people still ramping endlessly which, given the lack of any tangible progress over the last 6 months is laughable. Chesh doing his dull as ditchwater trade by trade analysis. Ratty doing his almost entirely irrelevant waffle masquerading as 'research' which merely reminds us how little traction we are making. Trills keeping telling us (as he has for months that contracts are coming). At some stage you guys have just got to accept that this is a company that is going backwards. The market knows it and you should really accept it.

Is this the same TP who have millions of warrants to sell? Anyone noticed the conflict of Interest?

HSD you are quite right that the markets seem to understand this company better than the rampers on this BB. It is clear that far from everything being 'sorted' as was claimed 9 months ago at the last AGM presentation for the breathalyser and waste water monitoring we are still years away from marketable products. Anyone else feeling misled!? No wonder the earnings guidance has not been increased.

Seems like there may be another dilutive fund raise.

Still find it rather odd that the CEO is prepared to spend time effing around on twitter rather than getting sales in. Of course that may be because he has nothing to sell?

AndyCrap - SP at merger 40p, SP 9 months ago 72p, SP now 27.75 (and heading south without new orders). That seems fairly downhill and nowhere near the price around £1 that many of your fellow posters were forecasting by now.

This company is simply not delivering on sales and orders. As time rolls on it is becoming less likely that they ever will. Lots of money spent on R&D and management salaries but no revenues.
