So it seems to me we need revenue of c£1.55m to breakeven.

We’ve been told we’re operating profitably now. Im not surprised. CIQ should just add further.

Well in the accounts Halley did say “ In 2025, we expect this business to significantly add to the Company's revenue.”

Not “we hope”, but “we expect”.

And IMO, Halley/Keith and Mole had all been developing the tech and building a customer pipe well before even the MOU was signed, so expectations of significant revenue uplift will I think have had solid foundation.

And FWIW I think we may very well see some kind of deal with Pubx. We are a digital publisher; Pubx offer an AI driven monetisation platform specifically for digital publishers. Pubx recently shortened its accounting year, often a prelude to a takeover/merger, and Mole, Halley and Keith are all involved with 0M and Pubx.

I am no techie so don't really understand it, but I do think the timing is interesting given this rare post, which talks about web connectivity, comes hot on the heals of our deal with Connected IQ.

Anyone have any views on it?

Well, the real spread is tightening and we do have what seems to me (a novice I admit) a bullish engulfing candle on the daily charts. They were fighting for stock in the last auction again so this afternoon could be interesting.

It wasn’t a placing anyway, but a company led subscription. Whoever bought in is close, knows the potential, and is further incentivised with a warrant schedule. Move on Sharebel.

For me, a savvy and wholly aligned CEO that’s moved us to profitability and given us a massive potential in a burgeoning mkt. And above all, he’s done exactly what he said he would do.

We are due the half year report by 31/3 but that could come any time. For me, we’re consolidating at the moment but that will give a good base for the next leg up. Personally I think current SP represents value and I bought more at 0.08 this morning.

Halley said this in the RNS - "In addition, through our commercialisation of CIQ, we will gain an experienced team of Data and AI specialists to support our development". So who are they?

CIQ has to have been developed by someone. 0M was only incorporated in Sept, with Mole appointed in March 24 and Keith taking significant control in May. It has no website, and CIQ has only one employee on Linkedin. So, my bet is that the team which developed CIQ is actually the team at Pubx, Moles other company, into which Keith and Halley invested last year (Keith significantly). If you look at their site you will see they began recruiting heavily from March 24 onwards, ad it can't be coincidence that Mole was first appointed CEO of 0M Tech and then later awarded 15% of the company just days before our CIQ deal was announced.

It looks to me that we have consolidated above a new support level - not a bad thing.

Well, no explosive action yet. But I am being offered more for my entire holding post the auction that I was before, even though the ask dropped.

Am a novice at this, but I suspect we might bounce off support at 0.08 following the auction in about 20 mins. Im certainly interested to see what the auction looks like. But as I say, I’m a novice and likely to be proved wrong!

Just researching here, and the thing that struck me from the research paper was the use of “remarkable” to describe the results. That isn’t a comment made lightly, especially in peer reviewed pieces.

And just a little observation. The RNS blurb surrounding CIQ today was nearly a copy of the same blurb we got in November, but there is this little difference.

Nov - “CIQ is still at an early stage with NO sales track record

Today - “CIQ is still at an early stage with LIMITED sales track record”

So, it would appear the tech isn’t just ready for commercial adoption, but has already achieved some sales. In other words, I think it’s already launched (albeit softly).

I don’t actually think today’s subscription was necessary for the purposes stated. Rather, I think it was more likely a mechanism to allow a close knit bunch of business associates to benefit from a future gravy train. You scratch my back etc.

And honestly, I don’t really care if I’m on the same train, albeit in second class and not first like the “insider” subscribers.

They know the value here….I'm just holding on to their coattails.

At every auction today there has been a bun fight over stock. The next one is in 30 mins.

The real value will come when we understand the true commercial prospects of CIQ. In that respect I’ve no doubt Halley et have spent the last 3 months sorting the launch and finding first custom. They know what’s coming, which is why they restricted they did a private subscription no doubt between the lot of them.

Yep, those in the know have retained control of the stock and put in place a warrant mechanism based on increasing SP.

Interesting too that the raise was done as a Company Arranged Subscription rather than a placing. From what I understand, that is likely to have involved subscription from those with much greater inside knowledge of what the actual potential is with CIQ (although I could be wrong!)
