We were told back in November the tech was ready, and it’s in nobodies interest to delay especially in this fast moving mkt. So for my money the bulk of the last 3 months hasn’t been spent negotiating terms but sorting practicalities, preparing the launch, and working the pipeline.

When it launches I’m therefore hoping/expecting we’ll be in a position to hit the ground running.

Looks to me like the MM's have taken the shackles off the order book. Until the last hour I wasn't offered a sell quote for anything over 1.5m shares. Now they're offering to take 10m (but they're not having them).

We spent nearly $3m to generate revenue of $211k in the 6 months to October. We spent around £590k of the £750k October raise in two weeks. We are looking for funds every quarter. We have unsecured debts to ANAF and other unsecured creditors totalling nearly $10.5m, with a 4 year payment schedule showing nearly $3.8m is due between 1 and 2 years. And then we have secured debt.

The purpose of the re-organisation is to give us time to restructure and better enable repayment to creditors. That is overseen by the Court. If as part of that plan we have agreed repayment schedules, agreed by unsecured creditors and the Court, and we fail to meet them, then all I am saying is that it will test both the Courts and Creditors patience and if they don't think the plan remains viable then there is a real danger that Creditors will press for liquidation and the Court will approve it.

I think the early April court hearing must be a focus. The trend has been to raise almost quarterly and given most of the last raise in Oct went in two weeks, it wouldn’t surprise me if we have a large quarterly payment we have to raise funds for. If that’s the case then APs loan would have limped us past any Jan payment so either they pull a rabbit out of the hat by April or they’ll be in bother with the Court.

True. Personally I think the delay in getting a deal signed has owed more to practicalities than any disagreement on terms. So, our publication of accounts, the headroom resolution and Moles new participation in 0M gets us over those hurdles.

And I still think there is a real possibility that Moles other venture, Pubx, is in the mix somehow, given both Halley and Keith invested in it last year (Keith significantly), and it recently shortened its year end to 31/12. I am looking out for when it publishes accounts, which could be any time.

I think we also need to remember that Halley/Keith/Mole etc have other connected business interests, and for my money Keith/Halley knew precisely what was coming down the tracks when they stuck in cash in Sept.

IMHO, a CIQ deal has been in the planning for far longer than we’ve been told and the interested parties made sure they were well positioned to take advantage.

News announcing a binding CIQ agreement should do it. If it’s accompanied by news of first customers or decent revenue forecasts, “push on” might be an understatement. Whatever, given recent developments I’m comfortable in my own mind that news is imminent and am just keeping my fingers crossed!

I think all parties knew the deal was going to get done in November, and major deal terms had been agreed. Since then practicalities have been completed, namely the share allotment to Mole and the increased headroom here, and Keith has been talking to consultants specialising in AI launches. So I think there is an extremely good chance that next week we will not only see the deal executed, but also the commercial launch of CIQ and potentially details of first customers tee'd up over the last couple of months.

You're most likely right OSD, but its interesting to see that Robert Pratt (CIQ Chief Data Officer) reacted to the post, and one of Koneqt's specialisms is creating and launching products into the market place.

I don't know about today Hightower - I think all we may see is an RNS confirming the resolutions passed.

But I do think the headroom vote is likely a prerequisite of the CIQ deal, and there is a chance that deal could be executed immediately after it has passed. If it's not, I don't think it will be long and am really looking to next week.

So, they raised £750k on 14 October but by 31 October the cash balance had fallen to £235k. That's at least £515k gone in just over a fortnight.

AP's £400k loan isn't going to go very far.

A growing mountain of debt, pitiful revenue, continuing losses. Awful.
