Publicly, everything here appears straightforward. A loss making business that appoints a new CEO, who then clears the deadwood and repositions the company to target GDM growth by leveraging existing business networks, and using novel AI in a rapidly growing mkt.

That’s tempting in itself. But I am firmly of the view that much, much more has been going on behind the scenes, involving a lot more people than we’ve been told and over a longer period. For me, everything (and most particularly the warrant schedule) points to a close knit network of savvy recognised industry names who have positioned themselves for maximum benefit in a stock they see extraordinary potential in.

Others will disagree no doubt, but I’m prepared to take the risk I’m wrong and hang on to everyone’s coattails if I’m not.

Well, given the update GFIN made to the significant shareholders on Friday, I think it likely sales represent an offload by John Story. Prior to the update he was showing as having 9.82%, but he doesn't appear on the list post the update, so has fallen below 3%. I'm expecting a TR1 to reflect that, as well as a TR1 to show increased holdings of Peyden.

So Trump was at the Daytona 500 yesterday. On Air Force 1 with him was Byron Donalds. Interesting then that the same day he put out these tweets supporting school choice in Wyoming and Idaho, tweets lauded by Erika Donalds!

And another 16.7m trade just printed at 0.11, timed at 8.05 this AM. And yet I can still sell everything at .0132 and the real spread is tightening.

That 160m is a massive trade, but the book has eaten it! Strength here I think.

A last comment - I suspect that part of the last raise may well have been to cover cost of getting board with Iris. Gotta love the word “supercharge” in the CIQ post…!

We had a good week last week. 416m new shares hit the market but instead of the churn predicted by naysayers (now strangely quiet) we instead saw upward movement and strong demand for the stock.

A little bit about IRIS, and their acquisition by Viant late last year. Notable that Viants share price lifted off on the news.
