Good find Gubbie - another one to add to the bow. From Companies House I noticed that Carus has only one shareholder - Kyoritsu Holding Corp. This is a big Japanese company. ChatGbt tells us this about them
“Kyoritsu Holdings Corporation is a Japanese company serving as the parent entity for several subsidiaries, including Kyoritsu Seiyaku Corporation. Kyoritsu Seiyaku, established in May 1955, specializes in animal healthcare products and services. With 733 employees as of May 2024, its mission is "Building a mutual path for animals and humans," reflecting a commitment to enhancing the well-being of both through advanced pharmaceuticals and diverse services.
The company operates across various sectors, providing products and services for pets, livestock, and aquaculture animals. Its headquarters are located in Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, with additional facilities including an Advanced Technology Development Center in Tsukuba, Ibaraki, and plants in Ibaraki, Saitama, and Hiroshima. Kyoritsu Seiyaku also maintains logistics centers in Ibaraki, Kanagawa, Saitama, Osaka, and Saga, along with sales offices in Sapporo, Sendai, Saitama, Chiba, Kanagawa, Nagoya, Osaka, Okayama, Fukuoka, and Kagoshima.
As a wholly-owned subsidiary of Kyoritsu Holdings Corporation, Kyoritsu Seiyaku collaborates with other group companies, such as Nippon Calmic Limited, Sun Ibis Corporation, Kyushu Mitaka Corporation, Japan Microchip Network Corporation, CLOS Corporation, CARUS ANIMAL HEALTH LIMITED, and Clouds.Inc.”
So all in all, a great company for us to be collaborating with!
