RE: Disgusting behaviour....RNS timings....which has cost investors5 May 2020 12:09
Hello Groover,
It is the impact of the timing of these RNSs and the way they have been done that is my issue. This has cost investors "acting on the first RNS a lot of money" when another RNS was coming shortly after the opening of trading.
People would have bought into GDR as new investors and topped up at the SP high based on the first RNS. So they have been cr*pped on from a very great height. And it is them that I feel sorry for. The ones who bought in at £3. They would never have paid so much if the company had put both sets of information out together.....as they could have announced both together or put the second RNS out at 7am. Then the investor can either absorb both out of trading hours or both between 5pm and 7am.....before they buy in.
What has happened here is that news was put out to get the SP to the maximum knowing further news that would make the SP tank was coming shortly after. Why not put the RNS out at 7am on the placing - so that both sets of information can be absorbed before people make decisions based on HALF the information.
Investments are about trust and integrity. And these events do not help build the trust of new investors. I am not new to investing may I add, but it is hard for investors to turn a profit as it is. Without all these other potholes being put in their way.
