Once in a lifetime share and primed for the next level19 May 2020 18:43
What a great share Avacta is to be involved in.
Steady rises, consolidating behind each rise with small retraces. Of course as we move higher up the mountain the drops and dips will be more pronounced but if we are higher up by that point then the retraces will seem less of a challenge.
Why once in a lifetime share?
Well throughout the course of the history there have been companies who change the course of their industry. We all know the names and the stories. But even then that game changer is limited to the those who participate in that industry or who are impacted by it. Right now we have an "active global audience" (everyday people and governments) where we know if we have a great product, the market demand will flow. As the market is ready and waiting. We are meeting providing a product that right now does not exist in terms of rapid, affordable, easy to administer and mass produced. Normally in business not only do you need a great product you also need to spend a tonne of money on sales and marketing. We don't have that here. We get the product and the EU / US approvals and the deals are going to flock in for Avacta. With collaborations from many partners who will want a stake in the pie. Even though we have the commercial rights for the rapid testing you can get your bottom dollar each partner involved in the collaboration will take their national success for being involved in this too. Not sure how the product gets distributed across the countries but you can sure the early partners signing up with Avacta will be doing so from a strategic distribution point too. As everyone wants to be involved in a solution to an unsolved current crisis.
And right now we can have an impact on most of the countries around the world in terms of controlling the Covid19 outbreak (with tracing combined with rapid testing) and help people get back to work and some type of normal. Right now peoples physical and mental health are suffering as well as their finances. So this will help kick start the economies around the world "but with confidence".
We have a strong management team who are good at keeping the market updated. There was no way a scientist would court the media a month ago without having a potential habit in the hat. That rabbit looked to be rapid testing but when we empty the hat we may well find a successful therapy too.
And I hear the long timers say do not forget about the ground breaking cancer work coming later in the year too and other existing works.
So right now we have cash in the bank and some potentially game changing news on the way.
This is the type of share I want to put as much as I can afford to in and then leave it for a year and come back as I feel where we are heading is a lot higher than we currently are. However, with so much news to come it is hard not to switch on the laptop and see what other developments are happening both for Avacta and the other companies in the fight against C
