As for what happens in Botswana - well correct again, you have no clue. Most others also have no clue. Maybe you should stop talking or making suppositions on which you are Clueless.

Wrong again MFM - I try to post reality about the environment in Botswana so that shareholders or posters can better understand the challenges facing Tlou. If I know them, don’t you think Tony and team know them? So speak plainly and clearly about them - not speak in the disingenuous way Tony and team have spoken and presented for however many years now.

But as you also say (which I agree with), posters here are not the main sellers. If anything, again as you say, we are the loyal holders.

Ask yourself - what are the things needed for this company to progress? Yes to PPA and funding. What then? If they arrive in that situation and then continue with the BS messaging of the past few years, who in their right mind can take the company seriously.....

Cut the BS. Be open and clear; let shareholders decide based on sense, not smoke and mirrors. And get on and execute and deliver a period of sustained performance and achievement.....

As for agenda - well guess what. The stock is not going to soar to the levels people hope for until there is credibility in strategy and some robust deliverable progress shown. So let’s get this stock base-lined, get the BS out of the way, provide shareholders with a workable and sensible strategy (not inform us of the desktop uses we know gas can be associated with), get us to Ground Zero so those that want to stay and play here understand what they are signing up for. And cease with the endless over-hyping of Tlou’s potential for.....

A company listed on 3 stock exchanges and still no clear strategy; just deflection from problems arising in waiting for a Govt to negotiate a gas to power PPA.... Some, probably many of us know the reality here - come out and say it Tony and team .... You will then have drawn a line, feel better and find you can move on. Rather than these endless endless endless attempts to keep buying time.

How do we take a management team seriously that has announced to shareholders several times on timelines to finalise a PPA and attaching funding only for those timelines to come and go with basically zero progress?
The last effort was PPA agreed by April and funding by end Qtr 2. And now - an update that doesn’t address the problem and worse, tries to con shareholders into believing management have been working hard on a Hydrogen strategy - in a country that has no infrastructure as yet to support it.
This company; this management team have become a laughing stock !!! How are the investment community supposed to judge and follow a team that has so completely got wrong the most basic of requirements for that community - clear and open and honest communication to the community who’s money the management team are either managing now or will want to manage in the future.
Stop the BS please !!

No Whizz. Actually I totally disagree on your view re Pension Fund. They will well enough know Tlou will need to stay in the game for a time way longer than the likes of us envisage or like. So I don’t see any pressure coming from them.
Gilby and Whacky Gabacke will not doubt be banging on doors and asking for those involved with the process to get a shifty on. But they are shouting at the moon; everyone will sympathise etc but then carry on with their day.
Gilby has a duty to shareholders - that duty is to report truthfully and (reasonably) openly. He may not have reported dishonestly, but he sure as heck has not been reporting in ways that explain delays and missed timelines etc.
Go read the Annual Report - Directors Report, Governance and Sustainability and Operational and Financial reports - they are supposed to inform shareholders; not try to keep stringing shareholders along for ever and a day.....

Enough of the disingenuous reporting and communication. You are a white man operating in a black man jurisdiction; you told us how amazing the opportunity was etc; do you still hold that view?

Come clean - start telling it like it really is. Not tell us what to think we want to hear, whilst hoping you catch a lucky break with progress .... It isn’t working for you; it hasn’t been working for a long time; .... stop the BS !!

Forget all the thereafter reasons as to why this that or the other have been delayed. Tlou management spelled things out loud and clear; in black and white; specifying timeframes when things would be done by.... and basically ALL of it has been b*ll*cks !! Total and utter BS. About as much BS from them as the other BS posts his own inane ‘logical’ BS..

It is time for TG and team to stop with the endless pretty progress reports, ignoring the obvious multiple elephants in their midst; come clean and tell shareholders how it really is. And what is needed for matters to be resolved etc. The share price already reflects the reality of their BS; come clean, clear your conscience and show that the management team actually understand what this company needs (or what it is going to take) in order to start being taken seriously.

There is no short cut to Value. Long term, sustainable and real Value.

So you think somebody high up in Govt is going to say - give Tlou what they need and want just so we can protect the Pension Fund investment (where the original investment decision was made by Africa Alliance, who have since lost their Pension Fund investment mandate).

No harm in being logical Smith. But you got to understand the logic of things in Botswana - something you like to accuse others of talking through their backsides when they pass comment on politics, economy, history, finances, perception.

It must be really frustrating for you and your logical mind to figure out all the things that you do, and then for the next logical steps that should happen to actually never happen. How long have you been making logic of Tlou and Tony and Botswana v calling the now infamous (you helped create his mystique, well done) Donkey a ‘liar’ (your words man - were you proud when you wrote that) ?

Tlou - gas to power; solar to power; hydrogen to .... And all of these by an exploration company that is seeking to become a development and distribution company in a country where there is no established gas economy or no established Hydrogen economy (never mind that the science is still evolving). Yup indeed real David and Goliath stuff - occasionally David does win out in the end. But at what cost to himself and how many David lookalikes fell along the way ....

Still, one unshakable belief remains for the logical nutty professor - in Tony we trust !!!
After quite frankly the most appalling interview he has ever given - the man has no shame. And precious little regard for serious minded shareholders !

He mentions their lay down yard in Serowe. Interesting, they own it or they rent it? But he sure did make it sound like it was set to become their major distribution centre for all manner of things they are busy working on. Yes, desktop studies do indeed keep everybody busy with all those hours in the working week....

It puts to bed any debate about the importance of getting the 10MW PPA in order to unlock financing.

So great news they are developing a product to supply a potentially new and ‘very very exciting’ and potentially lucrative market. Read between the lines; use your common sense - they are using Hydrogen to appease shareholders that Whilst They Wait on The 10mw PPA Negotiation Process (which could take how much longer I wonder ...) they are seemingly keeping busy with a pilot project. The only bit he didn’t say was - we have no current intention of committing significant funding to Hydrogen development for 2 reasons - first is we don’t have significant funds; second there is presently no readily available market into which to sell our minuscule amount of Hydrogen we might end up producing.

The previous boasts about ‘best coals ever’; ‘connect to the grid’; ‘desorption rates’...... they all seem now like idle clap-trap.

PPA, funding and start delivering power- that’s all I want to hear about. Not Orapa (although I hope we submit and are in the running to supply gas); definitely not Hydrogen technology (since this is a country where there is no established gas economy); .... I am pretty sure there was a series of announcements a while back that said Gas to Power is where the company was focussing it efforts ..... until such times as .... it didn’t suit the company to focus its efforts there.

The Kalahari Cooper Belt in Botswana is emerging as an exploration play currently. I have made no investment as yet in any company that plays in that sand pit, simply because of my experience following Tlou - where all the chat is amazingly positive but progress to commercial success takes way longer than anticipated.
I watched this video clip on Kavango Resources and it sure sounds terrific. And it reminded me of the sales job TG years back.

As I say, I am NOT pushing this stock in any way - but it sure does talk up the opportunity !
Maybe it is good that the commodity explorers are focussing on Botswana now - maybe even TG is trying to fluff up Tlou ahead of a rip-roaring bull market there. Don’t know; but the more players that come and start developing mines etc, then the more power will be needed .... and the ERP 2021 talked about diversifying and growing the energy production base within the country. Which of course is good - but how long is this piece of string going to be ?

Perhaps you could tell us what Tlou will actually to do in the more short term horizon ... and will share price still be ‘cheap as chips’ in 2-3 years time
