One of our rivals is up 10% this morning on this news:

"Tiirupati Graphite PLC (LON:TGR) has successfully completed trials and tests for the manufacture of battery grade spherical graphite, used in the anode of lithium-ion batteries. The trials and tests were conducted in tandem with a globally recognised German manufacturer of spheroidisation and micronisation equipment, achieving significant results in the end product."

Hopefully bodes well for us at Alba if we continue finding quality graphite.

Because the spread is so wide at the moment, the buys 0.39+ are all showing as sells.

Another 1% of shares sold by Amigo founder at 5.06p (4,753,337 shares).

The market will want to make a profit on these but then the next 1% sale comes along today, driving the price down a little bit more.

Be very careful. Yes, it will tick up for short moments because the market makers need to keep this going in cycles.

Today is D-Day for complaints and the FCA regulator.
I did expect an RNS at 7am but it looks like the only one heading our way is the daily 1% offloading.

The only positive at moment is for day traders if they get it right....... oh and having Investor_Shares filtered out.

That certain share investor has posted in this chat 41 times already today and if you check their profile, will see just how many posts they have posted on Amigo alone.

I've seen it so many times before - a desperate bid to pump the price on order to cover the bad investment, then, like magic, gone never to post again.

Thank god for the filter, it sifts the s**t.

There goes our daily RNS confirming another 1% of the company dumped onto the market by Amigos founder.
Just another 55 trading days or so to go and then we turn a corner.

Oh, and it is highly unlikely any offers for this company will come while 1% is being dumped daily and Investigation.

True, I don't but markets generally reward share prices with good news and punish with bad news ( like the last few RNS here).
Amigo shares have been very volatile ( usually on the downside), so any news good or bad causes a boom - downwards or upwards.

Just to clarify, I think the so will remain low until the 61% is sold, the full year results are released, the FCA debacle is sorted!

I'm not ramping. I do expect this share price to continue to drift lower for next few weeks.
If the FCA don't allow extension - I'll apologise.

"Amigo on Monday said it is in talks with the FCA to extend the date of completion of VReq "beyond June 26 and a corresponding expansion of the backlog of complaints to be resolved".

That date would have expired this coming Friday. FCA will have no option but to grant Amigo longer - it is in their best interest to work WITH Amigo to help customers.

Today's drop is a bit over dramatic.
Expect RNS this week saying FCA has granted extension, then *boom*

On the plus side, James Benamor selling his entire 61% stake (at 1% each trading day), will earn him less now!
Asking for an extension to the FCA extension, during the JB sell out, may actually turn out to our advantage in a few weeks time

The news from Stobarts and confusion in thinking it is ESL is solely the reason we are down today.

Surprised that 20% Cloverleaf stake buying didn't send the 1PM share price rocketing. Good news for those buying in at these prices and Cloverleaf will sit and wait until they need to.

Hopefully now we are coming out of lockdown, 1PM will have a clearer picture of the effects and we will get an update on the deferred divided payment.

Maybe we will get a takeover if Cloverleaf build on that 20% stake!

While it looks like the so has gone up, it is worth remembering brokers have to flog a few of these - what better way than inflating the price to entice a few in!
