From the RNS 02/06/25: "Application will be made for the New Ordinary Shares, which will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each, to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). It is expected that Admission will become effective and that dealings will commence at 8:00 a.m. on or around 16 June 2025."

18,000,000 new shares will be added to the market from today , so that might leave us with a temporary overhang but hopefully the continued interest in the Groc Greenland project will soon absorb these extra shares and we see the price continuing upwards.

Hopefully the work recommencing and the steep rise in oil prices will help MSMN reverse recent share price dips.

The rising conflict in the Middle East has caused a big % price rise for oil, which will also feed through to helping UJO.

Might see a bit of a tick up on the share price.

Remember there are only 270,618,786 Groc shares on AIM, which is pretty low, so the price will fluctuate greatly depending on buys/sells.

That's even counting the new shares later this month. Originally listed at 10p.

Our day has finally come!

To all whom held their nerve waiting for the good news.

Even before the RNS, Groc is sky rocketing.

It seems to be a sensible issue of shares (18m) to a willing institution to fund the next phase in the project.

Still a low total number of shares in issue (270,618,786) and the 18m were only sold at a 7% discount.

While I expect the share price could drop to the 2.5p price, it won't stay there for too long.

While we await the news on Greenland project, it is also worth bearing this in mind:

"Based on financial projections prepared by the Directors, the Group's current cash resources are insufficient to enable the Group to meet its recurring outgoings and planned exploration expenditure for the entirety of the next twelve months.

The Directors intend to raise funds in advance of fieldwork programmes in Greenland, in order to advance its mineral projects. The precise nature and cost of those programmes are determined based on the results of previous studies."

It may be likely a share dilution will be needed alongside any external funding via projects.

Still lots to be positive about with Groc, but it comes with obvious risk too.

If an RNS drops with good news in the next couple of days, at least GROC only has 252,618,786 shares in issue, which is a drop in the bucket compared to ALBA.

I'm surprised the sp hasn't broken through the 1.30p barrier today.

Long term, GROC has a plan and bit by bit it's falling into place. At least the Greenland General Election is out of the way now.

It will still be a bumpy road with some MOA partnerships and share issues ahead but GROC has potential.

Good to finally see an active day for GROC.

Fingers crossed they are announced in the first set of projects tomorrow, they certainly got their two bids in early enough.

This will be another piece in the jigsaw for developing the Greenland project.

Share price was launched at 10p but is currently near all time lows.

The loss for shareholders has been c.74% over the past year, so another c.23% drop could be seen today.

Not so bad for long term future holders at today's prices though.

Don't panic and end up selling your shares cheaply - remember market makers won't get these new shares on the market until 10 February 2025, GROC do not have too many shares available for the MM at the moment - so in theory, if investors buy in to GROC right now - it could push price up due to lack of shares available in the open market.

At least we won't have an overhang of shares on the open market because the placing was so oversubscribed.

The share price will quickly bounce back.

Also good that directors bought in, showing confidence going forward.

A nice tax dodge by the sounds of it for the directors Jeremiah.

Pity we haven't had that same opportunity for the cheap shares and free warrants!

Sadly no dividend so a dip today. But longer term there should be returns for shareholders.

At least the shares have not been diluted.

Great results once again.

Time will tell and I expect we'll have answers in the coming days.

I agree that I must be mad but I'll either make a bit of money or lose a bit.

The share price is at its historical lows so the short buyers have been winning but the tide could be about to turn, especially because of the US deals. The president elect is very much in favour of oil drilling etc.

Plus the wells are producing income.

The short buyers could come unstuck once we get an update.

Sold my Tullow Oil and got back into UJO today - expecting updates very soon and with the United States wells at least, hopefully good news £ wise.

Either way this is great news for shareholders.

The share buy backs did not work tbh, so a proper return to shareholders on investments is the way forward.

Even better that we will be getting quarterly opportunities is excellent news.
