I am looking forward to the recovery path the (new) former co-founders will take REVB and plans for the future.

It will also be interesting to see how the tie up with Debenhams is going.

As a shareholder, I am pleased the uncertainty is over and a new more positive chapter begins.

Better to have a share placement sorted than being sold off undervalued.

Of course, we all wish we hadn't got to the point where we were on the brink - onwards and upwards.

REVB have rejected the takeover offer from specialist private equity firm True, apparently the offer undervalued the company.

Hopefully, whatever direction REVB takes, it will safeguard the future of the business and not wipe out shareholders.

UBS do seem to sell/buy their REVB holding on a regular basis.

I guess I was being hopeful something positive was about to happen.

The news that USB built up a 5.85% stake this week is a positive move.

The 18,720,042 shares they bought could be for a buyer of REVB.

We might finally get some news on the sale or break-up of the company following the "For Sale" sign going up recently.

They have an interest in a number of retailers for various reasons and REVB didn't send up being sold to Frasers, but let's see if they reduce their holding or not.

Frasers Group has made strategic investments in other retailers, including:

21% stake in AO World.

9% stake in ASOS.

9% stake in Currys.

5% stake in Boohoo.com.

The share price has dropped lower than before the RNS about any possible sale, so it looks a bit oversold now.

It hasn't been ruled out that other parties may yet be interested in all or part of REVB.

Worth a punt if you think it's worth 5p or more a share.

As with most shares, there is always risk.
