Why would British investors pump money into VID when it has diluted shares massively and taken jobs out of the country.

Even worse then, as that will = 0.43p

So 50p it is then!

I wonder if there will be some sort of deal that means a General Meeting will not be needed (why waste money!)

Someone is selling their holding.

Until we get an actual procurement, we will have to just wait and hope other orders come in.

Naturally edging down for now, but could be worth a punt / top up.

The share price is still around 7% up on six months ago at this moment in time (as long as it stays above 3p

Tomorrow is the closing date for shareholders to be registered for the meeting to approve the rights issue etc, maybe once this date has passed we will get rights issue prices etc and a clearer idea of the direction.

According to the latest RNS, drilling starts today 10/02/26 at the Kalgoorlie Gold Project.

Fingers crossed the results will be positive in the coming weeks/months.

I am happy to build up my holdings and wait for gold!

"This transaction is fully funded by internal reserves, and it is intended that any exploration activities will also be funded from the Company's internal reserves"

The company has kept its word by hedging into Gold and the future opportunities outlined in the RNS could help that long term plan.

I have to admit, I don't know enough about the SATS board to make an informed decision.

They might release an RNS in reply to this afternoon's news.

It could get very interesting.
