"On 6 May 2026, the Company announced that it had received representations from certain shareholders regarding a potential return of capital. On receipt of the required regulatory approvals the Board will publish a circular convening a General Meeting for shareholders to vote on the requested return of capital."

While the share price has returned back to pre-news peaks, it looks like we will see a resolution at the General Meeting that will be convened.

Defence stocks are all the rage ATM.

A MoD spokesperson was quoted on the BBC saying,

"this government is backing British jobs, British industry, and British innovators - since July 2024, we have signed 1,200 major contracts, with 93% of the spend going to UK-based companies."

The results have just been announced.

Fair play to the new board, they promised regular updates.

I am pleased to read the shares were sold "in response to institutional investor demand".

This increases my confidence in the company and I'm pleased to have increased my holdings while the share price dipped.
